A wonderful stay, clean room, comfortable bed, great breakfast spread, and we were given a late checkout when we asked. Would stay again!

Staff was super friendly! Breakfast was well stocked. Beds were comfortable and AC worked so good. Only complaint was stopped up sink in bathroom and shower was terrible. Pressure was low and shower head was scaled up so was going all sorts of direction. Other than this it was a great stay.

Overall not very clean. Bedding and furniture had stains. Didn’t get the room reserved (2 queens, got king bed). Blackout shade didn’t work so only had the sheer shade with a bright light right outside the window. Also had no hot water for a shower.

Clean. There were several spots groups staying and it was quiet. Breakfast was great alot on low carb options.

The staff was extremely friendly. Room was clean, and was provided with extra towels and sheets when asked. Room had all the necessary amenities. Location was conveniently located. Breakfast was great.

did not like the heating system most all of hotel was old and the heat was either hot or cold - old school control in the unit under the window

I was the only person in the lobby and the check in person did not look at me or say welcome or ask me anything. I had to just start speaking. Then the bed, hard as a rock. The shower was surprisingly hot. Breakfast was good and when I checked out that was fine.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We wanted to try the pool this time, but pool towels had either not been replenished, or had been collected before the pool was closed. Noise levels were still high and could easily hear conversations and bathroom activities from the room next door and in the hallways. Noticed there was a good inch gap at the bottom of the room door to the hallway, which not only accounted for a lot of the noise, but also felt less secure. Breakfast was picked over and not restocked, several options empty. The big problem was housekeeping knocking and trying to enter our room an hour before checkout time, even though the “do not disturb” sign was hung on the door and we were trying to get a bit more sleep before our long trip. We’ll try another option for our next visit to Omaha.

The rooms are very spacious! Clean facility, good breakfast, nice staff. Would stay again!
