Very nice staff

The staff was so nice I didnt speak Japanese and they ordered a taxi for me both days I was there :)

This hotel is near the station. It's an older hotel but good stay.

I like the staff but mostly how the hotel look . Very classic and clean .

Kinda old

Oddest of hotels. It’s a 10 story hotel that in reality a wedding chapel with rooms. My 10th floor room had three small windows with bathroom glass obscuring any view, and was decorated with plastic ivy. A couch with stained upholstery graced one end of the room, but as there were no table or bedside lamps, there was no reason to sit on it.

We are not sure why there was a dog-themed event going on. The hotel was nice, staff were great, but we didn't see any indication of it beforehand and it was quite a surprise.

Good facility bad management. Room as shown on picture the reason I selected this place. When I checked in, they tried to put me in a poorer room w then audacity to tell me it was an upgrade. It took me an hour to straighten out the bait and switch. In the end the manager reluctantly gave me a decent room. Had I been unable to articulate in Japanese the overall experience would have been horrible.

部屋がタバコ臭かったけど、まあ許容範囲かな。 その他は良かったです。

お部屋も綺麗で女性ひとり旅に適したホテルでした。 夜もスタッフがフロントに立ってくれていたのでチェックインがスムーズでした。

直前の予約でありがたかった。

結婚式を挙げる事の出来るホテルなので豪華な雰囲気が素敵でした。 お部屋はシンプルでしたが、気配りを感じました。ドッグランがあるのは珍しいと思います。

スタッフは親切で丁寧でした。施設の老朽化の為、多少の汚れがありました。

お部屋にコンセントが一つしか無かったので、不便でした。　フリーWifiは、遅いです。

Hall d'entrée très luxueux,équipe à l'accueil super service et disponible. Mais les étages couloirs et chambres très défraîchis ( moquette très sale, mur à refaire et très forte odeur d'humidité dans les chambres.
