Very nice staff

The staff was so nice I didnt speak Japanese and they ordered a taxi for me both days I was there :)

This hotel is near the station. It's an older hotel but good stay.

I like the staff but mostly how the hotel look . Very classic and clean .

Kinda old

Oddest of hotels. It’s a 10 story hotel that in reality a wedding chapel with rooms. My 10th floor room had three small windows with bathroom glass obscuring any view, and was decorated with plastic ivy. A couch with stained upholstery graced one end of the room, but as there were no table or bedside lamps, there was no reason to sit on it.

We are not sure why there was a dog-themed event going on. The hotel was nice, staff were great, but we didn't see any indication of it beforehand and it was quite a surprise.

Good facility bad management. Room as shown on picture the reason I selected this place. When I checked in, they tried to put me in a poorer room w then audacity to tell me it was an upgrade. It took me an hour to straighten out the bait and switch. In the end the manager reluctantly gave me a decent room. Had I been unable to articulate in Japanese the overall experience would have been horrible.

お部屋がとても広くてびっくりしました。ダブルベッドが二台に大きなソファーもあり、クローゼットも広くて6歳の子供連れで宿泊しましたが、とてもゆったり過ごせました。 スタッフの方の対応も大変良く、何度かお電話で問い合わせをしたのですが、その内容もしっかり伝わっており、とても良い接客でした。 全体的にレトロな雰囲気もすごく良かったのですが、水回りの設備が古く、お風呂の排水が流れ、にくかったり、ドライヤーもコンセント部分が使っていると熱くなってしまうタイプだったので、ちょっと注意が必要でした。 関内に自動販売機がないことと、化粧水や乳液等のアメニティーがない点は忘れずに。 宿泊したときに、他の会がリニューアル中だったので、水回りなどは次に来た時はきれいになっているのかなと思いました。子供が広い部屋でとても楽しかったらしく、「また来ようね」言っていました。

清潔でお部屋は広くて、スタッフも親切でした。

大変親切にして頂きました。有難うございました。快適な旅になりました。

トイレ冷たい

施設設備は経年的に古さがみられるが、清潔が行き届いており、またフロントスタッフの対応もフレンドリーかつ親切であり快適な滞在ができた。機会があれば再度利用したいと思う。

部屋がタバコ臭かったけど、まあ許容範囲かな。 その他は良かったです。

お部屋も綺麗で女性ひとり旅に適したホテルでした。 夜もスタッフがフロントに立ってくれていたのでチェックインがスムーズでした。

直前の予約でありがたかった。
