The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay not only in their hotel but in Sri Lanka. Very clean hotel with everything and more we could’ve needed. The food was also amazing.

Enjoyed our time at Terrence Green Hotel Spa. We stayed the one night however, was able to enjoy a slower morning with breakfast and coffee at Salt Restaurant on main floor and even squeezed in a 30 minute foot massage in rooftop Spa Secret. Excellent service from the staff. Only feedback would be the hair dryer not working and air conditioner turned off every 5 minutes which led to a very humid and warm room.

Lovely, small Hotel with beautiful stuff a few hundred metres from beachfront. very clean and friendly. Great value for money.

Great for a stay near the airport. The airport transfer was super convenient and complimentary.

Food and staff were excellent. Room with Spa was a fun option. Dogs barking opposite was an unfortunate scenario. Suggest getting room at back of hotel. They bark pretty much all day and very early in morning. So if you are trying to recover from a long flight and jet lag not the best

A one night stay before our flight home. Lovely and helpful staff, massage was very relaxing and a good price. Restaurant food was great!

Well located in a quiet street a very short walk to the beach and all of the restaurants and shops. Super clean and modern. Lovely staff. Excellent breakfast, beautifully presented. Eat in the restaurant if you have the opportunity. Excellent wifi and aircon. The spa is good value for money also

Beautiful room with comfortable bed and great shower. Super friendly staff. The dinner at The restaurant was OUTSTANDING! Make a reservation as people come from the outside to eat there.

Very smart restaurant and excellent food options. Massage services also excellent. Place is a bit hidden away and area is noisy with dogs barking and equipment and the busy kitchen and restaurant area also creates a lot of extra noise. Not impressed at hourly extra charge for early check in as a VIP customer since room was ready. However overall quite good value with great breakfast a bonus.

This place is a hidden gem! Although the accommodations are not fancy, the property is spotless, the service was outstanding, and the food at the restaurant delicious! Additionally, I utilize the spa services, which were excellent. I would have no hesitation recommending this facility!

The Sri lankan breakfast is great. Staff were friendly. Rooms could be noisy during day because of restaurant downstairs but quiet at night. Disappointed they charged for an airport transfer as the booking site should have been updated to remove free hotel transfer.

A lovely little hotel, really friendly staff & nice spacious rooms. 5 mins walk from the beach, lovely roof top spa. Only little issue WIFI not great but not the end of the world! Food at Salt restaurant for our evening meal was really nice, breakfast, whilst limited, is decent

Hotel Manager and staff very friendly and courteous

Nice hotel, and all things worked: AC, internet and socket. However, at night it is extremely noisy. On the first night, someone kept setting off very loud crackers that the entire hotel could hear and feel. Would definitely give an elderly person a heart attack. Then, there are dogs that also bark throughout the night, and on the second night, around 3am the dogs went crazy. What otherwise would’ve been a nice stay turned this into a restless stay.

Terrace Green is a nice little boutique hotel in a quiet location in Negombo. I stayed a night there and the room, service and food were all good. But unfortunately I had the unpleasant experience of having valuables stolen from my luggage during my transit from the US to Colombo. It is not clear where exactly the incident occurred. The driver who picked me at airport in Colombo (arranged by the hotel) asked to make a pitstop at check out an Ayurveda farm (even though i was tired after a long flight) where the owner insisted on touring the place and purchasing products. This was highly unusual. The hotel was responsive to my complaint and had CCTV footage available to review to confirm the theft didnt occur there. However the theft ultimately couldnt be traced leaving me with a bad experience. If traveling alone i would recommend staying in downtown Colombo area instead of Negombo.

Such a comfortable and beautiful place to stay. They have an excellent kitchen and attentive staff as well as lots of warm vibes. The rooms are clean and have a nice luxury feel with amazing balconies. I really enjoyed my stay
