The room is pretty narrow but quite clean. However, the central air conditioner temperature is cold and the air coming out from central aircon was a bit dusty. Check in process is quick and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is ok. Bathroom is pretty clean.

This hotel is a great help during my 11hrs transit. Next to the Immigration counter at T3. You can take a nice shower, have a cup of tea or coffee, relax at the lounge or go out around Jewel at T1 (must go one) back to the hotel to rest & especially for a morning flight like mine, grab a simple breakfast and walk to the immigration. Very easy/convenience. Do not need to worry about transportation! I would love to do stay there again every time I have a long hour transit

Very good location ,0nly 50 mtr from the gate belt 41 at T3,clean lounge and nap room and shower /wash room facilities. the nap room temperatute can not be regulated. A bit to cold and strong air fan. Strongly recommended for transit passengers.

Perfect for my 16 hour stopover where I had to attend an event near the airport. Counter staff are friendly and helpful and the place is spotless. Only quibble was the rather cold central conditioning which wasn't adjustable, but the thick blanket did help.

The service is excellent and so the facilities. However, it is too bad that dinner is not that good.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean, simple, not extensive, suitable for transit. Staff very helpful and friendly. Being at the airport but had to pass through immigration first.

For a short stay with a convenient location at the airport, this is a good choice. However, the room size is extremely small and the price is not that affordable.
