Quiet, well located and very comfy. Would love to come again to enjoy the pool we havent't had time enough to try.

Once past the lobby and off the elevator, hallways looked bad? Carpet was stained and dirty looking. Walls were all scratched up. The rooms looked worn out. The carpet looked like no one had vacuumed in a month. At least bedding appeared clean and bathroom looked fairly clean. I was really disappointed and was traveling with a group who were all disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. Hotel is in great area and looks nice from outside. I would not stay here again though as was not happy with the lack in housekeeping.

Séjour très correct, mais accueil très froid. Le petit déjeuner est très moyen pour ce standing d’hôtel. Check out catastrophique. J’ai attendu 5min et me suis fait remballé de ne pas avoir prévenu. Mais rien n’est fait pour signaler sa présence. Le tout pour finalement prioriser le téléphone. Staff à revoir rapidement si vous ne voulez pas faire fuir les clients

Unhelpful staff. Faff parking. No iron in room and they ask you to come get in from the lobby when not dressed. No business centre as claimed on website

un service de bonne qualité, des chambres spacieuses et d'une propreté irréprochable. Un emplacement idéal pour découvrir la ville. Un partenariat pratique avec le parking. Un presque sans faute si ce n'est le prix prohibitif du petit déjeuner.

Check in was a bit slow. Everything else was great, friendly staff. The room had a large balcony with an overpass next to it, there was no noise when the doors are closed.

Good convenient hotel in euro med area. Not sure they should be charging for eggs at breakfast.

Wonderful staff, nice, safe and quiet. Very affordable.

La réceptionniste a 12h30 a eu un comportement détestable

Accueil chaleureux, propreté impeccable, chambres confortables, très jolies, et très calmes. Il manque juste une prise de courant dans la salle de bain.

l'hôtel présente un trés bon rapport qualité prix. personnel compétent et aimable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortable. le restaurant est tout simplement à fuir. Pas de service, une carte non seulement succincte, mais de trés mauvaise qualité (métro premier prix). J'ai quitté la table avec la faim et je suis une petite mangeuse.

We stayed two days before our cruise, it was a clean and safe hotel. It was across from the “Docks” which was wonderful to have so close - the (large) mall and museum was within walking distance as well as the cathedral. My only complaint would be the food and wait staff in the restaurant - he was fairly inattentive and we waited a long time to pay our cheque, we had to walk to the counter after some time to pay and the chicken club sandwich was cold and felt prepared in advance. Although we may have stayed at an “off season” date, it was still very disappointing. I would recommend this hotel but advise to avoid the restaurant.

Our stay at Golden Tulip Marseille was good overall. Our check in didn't go well, took over an hour to get a satisfactory rooms. We were getting adjoining rooms, the first two sets we got, one room would smell ok while the other would have an unpleasant smell. The third set of rooms we got were much better. The staff were very friendly and helpful, part of what took so long is they had to have their maintenance man go check the rooms to make sure they did smell. Having taken over an hour to get rooms meant we missed time to go out and explore the nearby church as we had planned. The rooms, even the ones that smelled were clean. The beds were comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.

Excellente expérience client sur place MAIS les chambres supérieures avec terrasses du deuxième étage offrent une vue imprenable sur une bretelle d'autoroute à 30 mètres de la terrasse. La politique d'économie d'eau dans la salle de bain rend la douche pénible en raison d'un débit d'eau insuffisant. Coté positif, un personnel à l'écoute serviable et attentionné

for a 9-story hotel, one out of every two elevators was broken, it was restrictive because of the long wait. bad smell in the corridors of the rooms. The edges of the dirty bathroom sink. the broken bath screen not replaced. Parking way too expensive. Breakfast was simple.Le personnel avait l’air fatigué.

Our stay was excellent. Quiet room, good breakfast, comfortable bed etc. our only disappointment was the coffee. We love our coffee but we could not drink the coffee at the hotel -cold,weak and milky. On

The property was beautiful. The staff was friendly. The hotel restaurant was excellent. The area around the hotel was safe with lots of shopping.

The patio area on the second floor is very bad and dirty. I tried to find a clean chair to relax and everything was a mess. Definitely not worthy of a 4 star hotel

They saved us from what may have been a horrific night in Marseille, which is seemingly very not safe after dark (especially around the train station), with a last minute booking at 11:55 pm. The man at the front desk was excellent, kind, and had great English after an exhausting day of travel that got us to Marseille at 11:30 pm instead of 6 pm thanks to numerous delays and issues with the French rail. The hotel was mostly clean, a little dated in places, but comfortable and great overall. They also helped us get a taxi back to the train station the following morning, and it saved 10-20 minutes of trying to get one ourselves.
