Late arrival through a locked window without seeing a person behind the counter, just a voice requesting identification, Room not too nice, spare and not too clean,

The properties to end there was no pets allowed but there was dogs in the building. The doors was not secure no access to the to the building from the rear nor the sides so you have to walk all around the building to get in when you park in the rear.

Where do I begin? The pictures are lies!!!!! This place was was absolutely terrible!! Lets start off from the beginning!! When I went inside there was a note that read "Dial 0 on the phone" so I pick up this dirty white phone & press 0. Well, this man comes down to check me standing in the hall. He give me 2 keys & tells me I'm in one room so... we continue to that room after being told the elevators don't work anymore. I tried to get inside & the key didn't work, but I heard a bark from inside & a mans voice screaming, "SHUT UP." They realized that I was actually supposed to be in a different room. So we go to our room... The inside was absolutely disgusting the walls were dirty mid ways down, dirt inside the bed frame, & water damage on the facing of the cabinet doors. To top it off one of the 2 bed frames was going down hill from the headboard. There was no soap, shampoo, or TOILET PAPER!!! So, I go to call the front desk... The phone doesn't work. Anyways, RUNNN... DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The Front Desk was helpful. The elevator was broke and we were put on the 4th floor. We were only sleeping there so not so bad the place was quite.

One of the worst experiences I have had. Room not clean, bed broke, no toliet paper or soap, not even a trash can in the rooms and all of the furnature was in a state that of bad repair. Also elevator broken.

When I got there the room they gave me was on the 4th floor the elevator was broke so after I got my stuff up to the room I opened the door and it was occupied, tried to call staff but courtesy officer was not answering his phone. So I'm trying to get my money back but I doubt that'll happen even though nothing was my fault

Everyone was nice

The room was very nice except for the air conditioning that was a little hot, I informed about it, they created the maintenance order but the person didn’t repair or change the unit

There were no utensils, plates, etc, in the kitchen so if you didn't have them, you weren't cooking. There was onsite laundry which was helpful, but pricey. And the machince charged my card multiple times.

Thank you to the front desk who has always been so courteous and friendly. Thank you to Angie in housekeeping who works so hard at her job to keep the customers happy. Angie goes above and beyond to make sure my stay is pleasant.

Quietness. The environment is clean. Smoking is becoming uncalled for in the hotel.

When we first checked in on Thursday for a 3 day stay, we were told the elevator was broken but not to worry because it should be fixed soon....it was never fixed and we were on the 4th floor. Extremely inconvenient. We booked a smoking room for 2 people and there was only 1 pillow and no ash trays. Everytime we took a shower the people beneath us would complain to us that water was leaking in their room....the bathroom lights burnt out and it was a pain finding someone to give us a new lightbulb. Just overall disappointing stay, the place looks a lot nicer from the outside. Definitely will never stay here again.

Overall our room was good. The housekeeping staff was excellent to accommodate any concern or need we may have had.

The elevator was not working had to go up on the third floor. Two of the lights on the room does not work. And the bed is to hard.

The housekeeping staff was remarkable and always friendly. The front desk was always nice and never hesitated to accommodate our extended stay. Thank you all so much.
