Great stay for my needs. Clean and efficient

This hotel iseems to be undergoing renovation when we stayed there. Its accommodation is spread over 2 buildings across the road from each other. Each buidling has its own underground car park from which you can gain entry to your accommodation so fi d out building you're in before parking your car! The front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The room had plently of space and was clean. It had access to the outside grassed area but this hadn't been renovated yet.

There was work carried out on some rooms on my floor which I was not informed about. Loud noise during the day and dirty carpets on way to my room. Was hoping to use sauna but this was not possible due to corona.

Hotel standard is OK. Clean and quiet. Almost no free parking available as limitation.

Hotel was overall fine. It is in an industrial place and doesn’t have a gym even though it was advertised as having one.

Disappointed

Hotel was comfortable, great water pressure. The description states laundry service and fitness center, but should specify outside paid for laundry service and outside paid for fitness center.

Great stay

Easy to get to! Parking isn’t free, but it’s conveniently located in the underground parking garage. The breakfast is outstanding and well worth the 10€! The comfort room easily fit a double bed and an extra single bed for our son. The shower is a bit small for larger people, otherwise great pressure! Recommended!

everyone is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice and modern and very quiet. Also the rooms and the whole hotel is very clean. They have the best breakfast in the mornig and you can sit outside on the patio? beer garten and enjoy it. The restaurant and bar is also very nice and they have the best steaks. We had a great time

I imagine that this hotel is more for the business traveller, for us it was a stop off to visit Heilbronn as part of a longer trip. We did not pay enough attention to the location when booking - it is on the wrong side of the river for the city centre, with the river crossed via a busy bridge, so you probably need a car to get anywhere in Heilbronn. The location is also quite difficult to find, in the middle of an industrial estate, with the accommodation spread across at least two buildings on opposite sides of a road. Our experience was disappointing, with evening staff not really appearing to care and giving poor service - to start with we were given a room that had one less bed than we had booked and there was an issue over their lack of knowledge on how to operate the hotel’s own computer booking system! The rooms seem quite cramped. There is parking, which you must pay for, but the reception also has a sign warning that your car will be towed away by the neighbouring business if you do not park correctly. Due to late arrival after a long drive, plus the room hassle making it even later, we did not stay for breakfast (another paid extra) the next morning. Overall, it could have been a good experience, based on value for money, but this slightly odd hotel let themselves down.

We traveled to attend the Ludwigsburg Pumpkin Festival, and the majority of hotels in the vicinity were filled to capacity. I decided on Best Western based on its proximity to the autobahn and Orbitz rating. I booked it two days prior to arrival. Upon arrival, the hotel staff spoke English and humored my attempts to speak German. They quickly provided a room, and they provided a recommendation for lunch. The room was very clean, and when we returned from lunch they had already placed two small beds in our room for our two children. The hotel allows pets, and it charges a nominal fee. The restaurant provides an excellent dinner and breakfast. The dinner, however, is a bit more formal than I expected so if you have a three and one year old combination just find dinner out on the town. Overall, a clean and quality stay...

Cuando entramos por primera vez la habitación pese a estar arreglada estaba sucia, polvo en el baño y en la mesa. El jabón de manos estaba vacío y apenas habia un gel de baño, sin schampoo. Luego estuvimos 4 noches y pese a dejar el cartelito de porfavor limpiar cuarto, no lo limpiaban ni cambiaban las toallas, la única vez fue porque lo pedimos en recepción expresamente.

Klimaanlage defekt bei dem Wetter.Kein anderes Zimmer verfügbar. Die Klima war aber nicht erst seit diesem Tag defekt. Aufgrund der Uhrzeit und Terminen war auch keine Buchung eines anderen Hotels möglich. Kein Entgegenkommen des Hotels wegen dem Preis,weil über Expedia gebucht worden ist

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit gutem Fitness-Raum und hervorragendem Frühstück.

Der erste Eindruck des Hotels war wirklich gut. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Bad wirkt neu und modern. Wir sind spät abends angereist und gleich müde ins Bett gefallen. Aber als wir morgens um 5 Uhr von "krabbeln" auf der Haut geweckt wurden, war es vorbei mit gemütlich. Das Bett und auch der Rest vom Zimmer war von Ameisen befallen. Wir haben sofort unsere Sachen zusammen gepackt und das Zimmer verlassen. An der Rezeption haben wir die Dame darauf hingewiesen, welche nur entgegnete: "Dann bis zum nächsten Mal, hoffentlich ohne Ameisen." Das ist für mich keine akzeptable Reaktion auf eine Kundenreklamation - dahingehend sollte man das Personal besser schulen. Deshalb leider keine Empfehlung.
