Great location

For a one of a kind experience, I highly recommend a stay at the Botel Marina. The room was cozy with lots of storage for longer stays and a private bathroom, so do not write this location off if you think you have to share bathrooms. Breakfast and dinner were available aboard ship. This was a truly fun experience and a great option for staying on the water without spending a ton of money. An evening walk around the marina made for a great close to a long travel day and watching the yachts prepare early the next morning was refreshing while waiting for sunrise.

Fair quality for the price. The staff was very nice and was able to correct a scheduling error I made. I really appreciated that. It would be nice if they had a chair in the room instead of a tiny stool. I work while I travel and couldn't work comfortably from the room. Many (but not all) of the photos of my room type showed a chair, so I was expecting one. And lastly, their check out time on Google is listed incorrectly. It's listed as 12pm there, so I was surprised when I got a knock on my door at 11:05 saying it's past checkout time. It is listed correctly on hotels.com, so that's partially my fault, but they should have it correct on every platform. Overall, a good stay but room for improvement.

We enjoyed staying on this old ferry boat. It was comfortable for 3 of us in one room. Breakfast was good. Be aware of limited parking-May want to see if you can reserve parking spot ahead of time

This is a uniques experience and we are glad we did it. Rijeka is not a must see destination, but it was a good 1 night stop

Great location, with only few minutes walk to the main bus stop. Facilities just average. Breakfast could be better, in terms of freshness. Also, flies are around the food

The hotel is incredibly noisy. You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. The internet was also very unreliable which made it difficult to do my job. I also had to cover the window with blankets because the curtain didn’t completely block the light, so you had bright light on the ceiling that was glimmering from the water. I will not be staying in any botel after this. The breakfast was also just so-so.

Excellent location, kind and professional staff, and a unique experience to stay in a botel. Rooms are recently renovated and are well sorted.

This was a great place to stay. I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. The place is very clean and comfortable. It’s very close to the bus station and everything is in walking distance. The management was extremely kind when I had a medical emergency. They looked after me and helped me in going to the hospital emergency by taxi. Although I was fine after the doctor’s visit, the fact that the hotel staff helped me so much in feeling secure at a difficult time is highly commendable. I thank them all for that. If I go to Rijeka again, I’ll definitely stay at Botel Marina.

The botel is a nice stay if you like the vibe of sleeping in a boat. Staff was nice and helpful. The overall standard is not great but it’s definitely okay.

Something unique spending a night on a boat, however; the steps attached to side of the boat did make alot of noise at night.

This was a cool experience! It's a historic ferry, it is not first class but it's something different! The boat is docked right across from some great restaurants so the location is perfect. The breakfast is pretty good, nice buffet. I would stay there again!

Special experience to stay in the Botel. Friendly staff, affordable price of the restaurant. Room is little bit hot. Possibly independent air conditioner is best.

It is such a unique place to stay and very reasonable for the price.

Unique place. Clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were a little small but everything else was well worth the price.

Wonderful breakfast. Close to bus station. Great place to drink and wait out a passing storm. Very helpful staff. Remember, it is a metal boat and everything echoes around and about, so careful what noises you make or what you say loudly! Great beds. Would gladly return next trip.

This hotel is in the very centre of Rijeka! Staff were incredibly friendly and would stay here again if visiting Rijeka. The only small issue is the lack of the light that reached the room due to only have two very small windows.

Good location we walked about 10 minutes from the train station. Close to the tourist Street. Many restaurants and bars nearby. It being a botel was interesting and kind of fun.

Bed was bigger than expected, perfect location and friendly staff!
