The hospitality and customer service of this resort far exceeded my expectations as well as any other experience I’ve had while traveling internationally. The food and drinks are amazing and the inclusive breakfast is far from your basic continental breakfast…it’s very filling with multiple options. The staff are very attentive and on hand ready to assist 24/7! They even sent me off to the airport with coffee and a meal box upon my departure! My only constructive comment is that with the property being a small, boutique structure, the plumbing and sewage system are very sensitive and by night 3, we had faint smells of sewage in our room. Not bad enough to report to the staff, yet noticeable.

What an incredible stay I had! It was absolutely so beautiful and so nice to come here. The property was phenomenally stunning. Alex was very attentive and helped me with everything I needed. He treated me like a priority anytime I asked for something. I felt at home here with the service I was given and the comfort of my room. I was traveling alone and never felt unsafe here. They offered yoga classes in the morning and the instructor was so great! Breakfast lunch and dinner on the beach with top notch food and service. Carlos, Silva, Juan, and Abraham all did such an amazing job at making me feel cared for and had everything I needed. I went to the spa, which was beautiful, and got a massage from Steffany. She did amazing and I felt born again after. I would definitely return here! It was worth every penny.

Great location, walking distance to all the shopping and other restaurants. Great beach and access to the ocean. Wonderful on site dining experience! Their ceviches and Black sesame tuna is out of this world! Friendly and helpful stuff. Overall great stay!

This place was perfect. Staff is incredible. Shoutout to Alex and Jairo! The rooms were awesome and are equipped with everything you need. AC, hot water, mini fridge, robes, water easy accessible, etc. The breakfast was delicious and is a must! We will definitely be back!

Perfect beach location

The hotel staff is amazing. The food from the restaurant was delicious and the cocktails were made with love. Tulúm was pretty dead when I went but the staff made our stay a blast. They even decorated my room for my birthday.

This is one of the worst properties I have stayed at in tulum. Rooms are tiny, food sucks, and they offer minimum amenities.

I had a great time here and the experience was wonderful. We left some items in our room and they were nice enough to send us a taxi to the airport just to give it to us before we boarded the plane. Amazing!!

Service was impeccable. Alex basically planned our itinerary for our entire trip. Daily breakfast was amazing, especially the green juice and seasonal fruit planner. The property is beautiful, located right on the beach, and a convenient store is right across from the hotel, where you can get all the necessities.

Excellent experience at Dune Boutique Hotel. Check-in/out was a breeze thanks to the great work by Alex at reception. The room was clean and comfortable, AC, hot water and toilet worked all perfectly fine. The property is nice and the crew does their best to clean the beach of sargassum every morning. Other properties in the area seemed to not care as much.

Everyone at the hotel was amazing. The hotel itself was amazing, very clean and organized. Alex at the front desk is great and very helpful. Their restaurant is amazing and the food is delicious! The waiters were all very polite and kind and gave great advice on what places to visit and to avoid. The hotel is at a very convenient location and it makes it safe to walk anywhere. Can’t wait to go back. I absolutely enjoyed my stay.

Amazing, eco friendly hotel with incredible staff. The food was fantastic as well. We ate there nearly every meal. The views of the ocean were amazing and there are a ton of seating or laying options to relax and have a drink. The staff treated us like family and we felt at home there. If visiting Tulum, stay here! You will be happy you did.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights before our stay in Tulum Centro. Weeks before our stay I contacted the front desk to arrange airport transport. They were very helpful booking our private pick up from the airport. Our check in was fast and easy, Alex, the front desk concierge handled everything well and perfectly. I had mentioned to the lovely concierge team that we were traveling to Tulum to celebrate our honeymoon. The staff decorated the room with balloons and rose peals. We found it to be a great surprise and such a kind gesture. During our stay, Alex listened to our likes and dislike for food and gave great restaurant recommendations. Our first night we arrived during dinner time, we decided to eat at the dune restaurant. Their food is truly sublime. The grilled octopus is a must try. The location itself is two doors down from taboo, you will hear loud music but it is to be expected. Dunes staff are very friendly, courteous and easy going. I really appreciated being treated like family at dune. Dune is a place I would highly recommend to my family at friends.
