All clean and confortable

Overalls it's good experience. But it's noisy because we had to open the windows at night. We encountered a heat wave and there's no air conditioner.

Average really. Run down, holes in curtains, didn't close. Too warm and only a fan. TV didn't work......but! We came for a quick Paris visit. Apart from sleeping and having a shower we were out all the time. You pay for what you get. It was cheap. End of.

It was ok but very annoying on last night as had to walk up to 9th floor as elevator not working and then back down in the morning with all my luggage. Area is not very nice with very poor choice of food and only 1 bar who charge a sirchargec if you want to sit down with your drink. All in all, not recommended

I did not have a bad opinion of Adagio before. Adagio Brussels Grand Place is well managed. I am writing this review with the hope the parent company takes action. Hotel front door is always closed. Call to get door open. There is no air conditioning. Nor ceiling fan. Room reached 31 degrees (measured) when temperature was 29 degrees outside. One single elevator. Elevator was broken 16 hrs, from 6:00 PM until next day 10:00 AM. This building is 9 stories high. Mattress is 4 inches of regular foam on a Murphy bed with slates. Forget any idea of a comfortable sleep. I went 8 days without room cleaning room until I complained. Expect no room cleaning, as per hotel front desk it is supposed to happen once a week. There are no access cards. Access codes were changed twice without giving prior advise, locking me out. The 2 high chairs in the room are uncomfortable. There is no other seating in the room. It is unclear if guests are expected to lift the Murphy bed to transform it into seating. I tried this and found a dirty semi-couch below, with cigarette burn holes. Make sure not to injure yourself while lifting it. The area is far away. The contraband of cigarettes at the corner, the Victor Bash tram T2 stop, makes the area feel unsafe.

Somewhat disappointing as we were not able to get to our room as it was not ready till 6pm. To recompence us we were offered free breakfast, which we accepred. On check out we were charged for breakfast and it took quite a while to convince them of their error even though it was the same person who offered us the free breakfast. Quite a dodgy area.

The manager was quite helpful and considerate to my needs,a real professional.

No water and lift during Christmas Eve and the following days for sure. No assistance to bring my luggage from 9th floor to ground floor. Not a single appology and no proper communication on what is going on. You have to discover everything by yourself.

Booked for a 2 night stay whilst visiting La Défense Arena and it was perfect from start to finish. Lovely clean room, comfy beds and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Literally walk across the road to access the trams to travel wherever you wish to go in Paris. Would recommend to anyone looking for affordable decent accommodation whilst visiting Paris.

L’hôtel est parfaite pour explorer Paris C’est vraiment facile il y a un tram à deux minutes de l’hôtel pis juste devant il y a une très bonne boulangerie Les croissants au chocolat des viennoises Des sandwiches à cinq euros. Très très bon et en plus il y a une épicerie à deux minutes de l’hôtel aussi Une très grande épicerie. Le personnel à l’hôtel était très gentil et répondait à toutes nos questions si vous aviez besoin de quelque chose de plus comme du papier de toilette ou des oreillers Ils étaient là pour vous et si vous étiez parti Ils allaient les porter direct dans votre chambre pour ne pas les oublier. en gros très bel hôtel très propre proche de beaucoup de choses et facile d’accès pré sécuritaire aussi. J’ai adoré mon séjour là-bas si je devrais le recommander, je le recommanderais.

Staff was extremely friendly and allowed us to check in early at no fee. The hotel itself is so nice loved our room and the view. The area the hotel is in is very loud but the windows were completely soundproof! Three windows too with a view. The bathroom was huge, with a towel heater (loved that) The kitchenette was stocked with all the utensils for cooking and dining. I will say I had some trouble with the microwave because it also acted as an oven but that was on me haha. The cleaning staff were also very nice and accommodating. The area as I said previously is very loud and bustling but not a big issue, the tram is literally crossing the street and leads you to a main metro line (La Defense) and a shopping mall area, which was only 10 minutes away on the tram. There was also a small super market one station (La Jaqueline) away that had mostly everything. There was a gas station with American fast food restaurants right beside it next to that same station. Also if you’re planning on going to downtown Paris from the hotel I do recommend the 18 minute uber (€15) ride to the Eiffel Tower rather than a one and a half our ride on the public transportation, then once in the city centre going back to using the public transportation again. Saved us a lot of time! All in all a great experience staying at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone wanting a nice luxurious feeling hotel in the outskirts of Paris (at an amazing price!).

Lovely stay here for the Paralympics. Large room for 2 people, entry felt secure. Across the road from tram station straight to La Defense arena and for metro into Paris CBD. Very much a neighbourhood feel. Basic kitchenette with mini fridge very helpful. The 'aircon' did not seem to work however we had a large window that fully opened to the neighbouring garden/park which worked fine for us - there was also a fan available. Marcy on front desk was outstanding both check in and check out! All staff friendly. Notes: housekeeping available for 8nights+ (which we knew in advanced and was ok with) Overall a great stay for our purpose, thank you :)

Everything was good and value for money; but, consideration to fix air-condition during summer time is a must..

It was a short stay to watch the Olympics.

Property is clean and staff are friendly. It’s location is a bit far from most attractions.

Great apartment hotel to stay. Clean, quiet, safe, 24 hours coffee/tea with friendly and helpful staffs. It is only 2, 3 minutes walk to Grocery market, Patisserie, Boulangerie, T2 Tram and Bus to go to Paris. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Paris

Simple, pocket-friendly accommodations just outside Paris, 3 connections from either main airport taking more than an hour (RER, Metro, tram) or 2 from central Paris (tram, Metro). I'd consider staying here again if I were in Paris once more.
