Great place to stay. However, the 10 am checkout is ridiculous.

New and nice - lobby is beautiful. Cheap materials in rooms that will not last long, but for now it is nice.

Petit déjeuner correct, mais espace bruyant. Bon emplacement. Chambre pas très grande mais propre, côté route au premier face aux poubelles pas top…et bruyant tant de l’extérieur que de l’intérieur (passage continu de résidants pas très respectueux).

The room looked clean but our bright socks had turned brown after waking in it. The room was too warm and it does not have a/c. Opening the window was not enough and it interrupted our sleep. The breakfast was very basic.

Clean modern and staff very helpful

The room was in need of repair, the door knob into the bathroom was very loose, for one instance. The room wasn't the cleanest. It was minimally furnished. It was adequate for our needs. The breakfast had next to nothing a Celiac person could eat. They charge you for the water placed in the room. The location was excellent and that was our favorite feature.

Conveniently located in the centre of town. Great views over the harbour. Very comfortable rooms/bed. Great breakfast!! Free parking. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again.

wonderful location great common areas

The location is good, breakfast was typical continental, rooms are small but meet your needs. The public spaces are nice, bright and comfortable. The gym is basic and didn't smell great. It's a popular hotel used by the cruise industry, the biggest problem was only one person on the front desk. The cruises are dropping off passengers at 9 am the exact time that people are asked to leave their bags for pick up in the lobby. Check out is 10 am, which is totally unreasonable! It was chaos. The person on the desk was doing the best they could, but for the money charged, they need more employees. When I checked in two days earlier, it was still only one person on the desk. I was shown a map how to find my room, which required 3 different elevators!!!! WHAT? I was so tired and so frazzled. I really think someone should have shown me to my room or at least give me a map and don't expect me to memorize it there and then. The highlight of the hotel is a small indoor pool, massage and rest areas, but those areas don't open till 2 pm in the afternoon. So even if you book 2 nights in the hotel you can't use the space in the day. I would not choose to say here again.

Very good service especially the barman. Can get a 5/5 if they add additional trash can in the living room. Air conditioning in the room. Having english channels on the tv.
