Nice, well situated hotel. My single room was comfortable and was allowed to extend my check out time by one hour free of charge which was very welcome. Breakfast was cooked to order and very pleasant.

Lovely bright room with separate table and chairs so we could eat in sometimes. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent - freshly cooked. Location of hotel was perfect.

Great location in the heart of the city, handy to all amenities including shops, bars, and cafes. Easy walking distance from the ferry terminal (about 10 mins walk). Room was small but totally sufficient for one person. It was warm and cozy, and had a nice outlook with views of the harbour and the islands.The bath was a big plus.Helpful staff, and reception was always available to answer questions.

Fantastic breakfast selction with exceptionally varied menu both hot and cold. Breakfast staff also very efficient and accommodating. Shame the room only had a view of a stone wall but at least it was large and clean.

Lovely hotel in the centre, close to shops, bars and restaurants Room 203 is on the corner of the front and side of the hotel and the noise from nearby restaurants and bars could be heard until midnight, it was very hot and when you opened the window the cooking smells from the hotel kitchen came into the room and the air con was not sufficient, so it is quite stuffy

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly and our room was very clean.

I had been to the hotel before - although some parts to the hotel were improved - new style reception and bar, the rooms are quite “tired” and need updating- also our air con didn’t work well Otherwise room was comfortable enough and venue is ideally placed near to the harbour

The service, location, comfort, and general convenience are excellent at Moore's, where I stay whenever I visit Guernsey.

Kind, friendly, professional staff who made us feel welcome as part of a special family, nothing was too much trouble.

Great location for shopping and harbour

The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. The shower was excellent. The location of the hotel was optimal for my stay. I would glady stay longer.

Everything was perfect except the bedroom was unbearably hot. Could not turn off bathroom heating or open window beyond 10cms (appreciate health and safety issues), so ended up with fan on all night. Rather negates other excellent environmental measures..fresh milk in jugs so no plastic, opportunity to reuse towels etc.
