Worst hotel experience ever. We accidentally locked our keys inside the room and had to wait two full hours for someone to let us in—because only the cleaning crew had access to open the door. Completely unacceptable.

3 star is perhaps pushing it a bit. Also the room was not made up for our second night (i.e. bed not made, small bin not emptied).

Staff were amazing but hotel could do with an upgrade.

Very tired old building. Breakfast was OK.

For a quick nights sleep it worked. However, the breakfast should have real coffee not instant.

Bed was too small not long enough and the shower was really poor.

The room was basic, and I had to put extra clothes on in the night because I was cold. I couldn't get the hot water to work for the shower. The staff were helpful but the dinner menu was very limited

Hotel is a bit dated, tired and in need of a refurb. The room was clean and had a lovely view, but attention to detail missing -lightbulb out over sink in bathroom and in over the bed lights. One curtain hanging off its hooks. The staff were most welcoming and very attentive at reception and in the Manhattan Restaurant. Restsurant was restrictive of you didn’t want American style diner food, but I ordered and the food was tasty.

Was not what I was expecting very dated .food was not what I thought especially after seeing a big sign outside advertising steakhouse and all i could have was a burger. Very disappointed.

The room was a little bit Smokey but other than that it was quiet and we were at the end of the hall but there was a big party for a football team while we were there that took up most of the hotel. I'm sure it's awesome when there's not a bunch of football fans there.

Everything was very aged. Dining was very limited and basic but I suppose you get what you pay for in a budget hotel.

Very basic, is tired & needs updating, radiator had been removed from our room & plug in heaters available, room was therefore cold & we had our zippy's on to keep warm. Shower wasn't adequate, either freezing cold or Luke warm & no water pressure. Room was clean & tidy , staff helpful, nice breakfast although finished at 9am. Sorry but was not the best experience

The Hotel was well situated for Perth City Centre. Staff were extremely helpful. Car Parking good Breakfast good

The property is old and needs renovated. The room was clean. Thepricing for the standard of hotel is extortionate

Location is OK with about a mile to city centre, parking very tight for commercial vehicles. Hotel rooms very tired but ok for a night.

Clean and tidy and the staff were nice.

The evening meal

The room we were allocated when we checked-in had defects. Bedside lights could only be switched on/off at the wall sockets, the bathroom extractor was inoperative, the shower had part-used shampoo tubes lying in shower tray, sheets/pillows had make-up stains and other unidentified stains. The Velux type window double glazed seal had gone, resulting in a cloudy glass. We asked to be offered an alternative. This was offered and turned out to be a larger room, much more comfortable, cleaner, but clearly in the middle of refurbishment. Holes and watermarks in the ceiling, drawer fronts and wardrobe door fronts and coat hangers were missing. We accepted this room from the manager, relieved that we at least had a partially acceptable space for our two night stay. The manager’s pragmatic approach to our dissatisfaction was helpful and he was perfectly pleasant, whereas one of the front of house supervisors was most unhelpful. The redeeming aspect of our stay was the breakfast service. A clean and bright dining room with a well presented choice of breakfast food and beverages. The service was excellent.
