Great place for family! Excellent location! Well maintained. Floor were dusty and center rug were kind of dirty. All other party of the house were clean! Kitchen was really good

The hotel is conveniently located. When we arrived none of the air-conditioning were working on a day of more than 40 degrees, it was a real Sauna, fortunately the staff behind the emails sorted out the inconvenience and gave us a new upgraded room with perfectly working air-conditioning. We didn't like the fact that you don't have a daily cleaner and you have to pay €25 if you leave it dirty.

The rooms are quite spacious, and I booked a two-bedroom unit, which was comfortable overall. However, there was only one bathroom for the entire unit, which was a bit inconvenient. The soundproofing is not very good, as we could clearly hear people talking in the hallway. During my stay, the elevator was also out of service, so we had to use the stairs. Fortunately, it was only on the second floor, so it was still manageable. Overall, the stay was okay, but not perfect. The property feels somewhat dated, and the facilities are relatively old. It was acceptable for a short stay, but I would consider other options for a more comfortable experience.

Great apartment in a wonderful location!

Good location. 10 min walk to the heart of the downtown. The main door to the hotel is quite loud when it is slammed close. Hallway lighting can seep through the curtain.

The suite is old , mildew and rotting walls in one bedroom , the bedding was not comfortable, multiple complaints made about the lack of heating and not addressed until today when I was checking out , my mother who has dementia and onset health issues was freezing and had to wear a sweatshirt

We had an excellent stay at this apartment in Madrid! The location was great — in a very good area, convenient and safe for families. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and comfortable for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped, which made our stay even easier, and the elevator was a big plus, especially when traveling with luggage. Overall, it was very family friendly and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Madrid!

We loved everything about Slow Suites! Location was amazing! Size was perfect for the 4 of us! The place was clean and any time I messaged the staff I immediately got a response! The one thing I had issue with was the washer and dryer. I could not figure out how to dry but this could have been user error. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great experience

Condo location is in Chamberi, a peaceful and centrally-located area in Madrid where most tourulist attractions are a 15-minute walk on average. There are plenty of restaurants around if you want to grab a bite. The condo unit itself is clean and has all necessities in place. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. Will give this condotel a 5/5 rating.

The property was great

The flat is supposed to be non-smoking. When we arrived the smell of cigarette was overpowering. We had to contact the office to tell them and although they eventually send somebody to clean, the excuse was that the previous clients were smoking without permission!!! Very disappointing. The internet was of very poor quality.
