The reception staff are all very helpful and pleasant professionals with great customer service manners.

Generally a very nice property. All was good until a staff member at reception desk raised a concern that I was smoking in my room. Yes, I am a smoker, but would never smoke in a property that is non-smoking. During the conversation, I pointed out that the smell of smoke does linger on clothing. Would suggest that if you are a smoker and stay at this property, take some time of air freshener!

This is my second time at Encore, hotel is very clean, great location, vip perks are always a plus (room upgrade, welcome drinks). The staff was super accommodating, they even packed a breakfast lunchbag for us because we were checking out early. The only thing I did not like, my boyfriend requested an ice bucket and he was told that have to charge him for it. Odd but true, other than that everything was awesome.

I was visiting Lima from Washington, DC and the front desk staff at my hotel were wonderful. I would like to thank Miss Xiomara for helping me arrange transportation and a great 3-hour excursion to see the city. The hotel was conveniently located close to shopping areas and was clean. The staff was always courteous and polite. Additionally, the free breakfast provided was delicious.
