They were so nice

Clean, beautiful property! Everything we needed for our stay before boarding the ship. We will be coming back here if ever in the area again.

The hotel was clean and welcoming. They do a self service checkin which I am not used to, but it was actually very easy. If you decide to stay here, definitely check out the garden, and tell Mel the cat hi for me.

Safe and clean hotel stay

Not enough parking spaces. I contacted the guest services department, but they didn’t respond.

I stay here often. It is a wonderful spot, with individual rooms (not a high rise hotel). The staff is always friendly. They streamlined the check in and check out process recently, so my perfect get away became even better.

Clear communication regarding self check-in and check-out. Property is well maintained, safe and clean. Room is comfortable. Excellent value. Will stay again next time I’m in the Fort Lauderdale area.

The motel wouldn’t offer me a partial refund for leaving several nights early. Also, there was very loud construction work going on right outside the rooms starting early in the morning and lasting all day. Nice outside decor and rooms were fine but I would not return to this establishment. Poor customer service.

This was a great room to stay in before our cruise. My family loved the large room and the cool courtyard to hangout in.

The apartment was very secure gated area, the room did its job but the shower went cold after a few minutes and the beds was very very soft. Not a bad location as out of the busy nightlife area but only a few dollars with lyft to get into the downtown area. Parking right outside which I think was free. Overall a good little stay for a night or so.
