Excellent Breakfast

Clean room, friendly staff, great location...Pretty much everything

Everything was excellent from the round trip airport shuttle, spotless room with a very comfortable bed, great food, trendy and clean outdoor terraces and super clean and refreshing pool area. The service was top notch and for the price, it was elegance on a budget. Very walkable with so many restaurants and shops just steps away. Highly recommend and will definitely be back! 5 Stars!

location great! the double twin room as an awkward bathroom configuration making the shower leak on to the carpet and leave a weird smell. viewed from the rooftop is amazing and the staff are very kind

Great staff. For our stay, it was was excellent that they had their own pick up and return transfer to the airport because we had long journeys either side and our departure and arrival times were either very late or very early. Also - breakfast on the roof in the mornings with the view of the city was a great plus ! It’s a good section of town for shops and restaurants which are a short walk too.

This was my fourth trip to Santiago, and I needed a last-minute, one-night hotel stay. I am learning Spanish and the staff at the Doubletree, many of whom are bilingual, were patient and helpful, always positive in attitude. I arrived early and they were able to get me into my room sooner than expected. The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable, zero complaints. The complementary filtered water system in the room was a welcome amenity. The breakfast buffet is very comprehensive, and the view of Santiago from the 17th floor is amazing.

Location Location Location! This hotel is close to everything in Las Condes. Parque Arauco for Shopping and multiple restaurants across the street, please try "LOLITA JONES" for a great Mexican meal and drinks...Spotless facility with gym, comfortable rooms decent speed free wifi and a great view from the top floor where the restaurant is located.
