Everything was great! Best hotel food I've ever had.

It’s our second home in Belo Horizonte MG. The restaurant spotless, Eric is amazing, Pablo is a wonderful chef, Maria e Valquíria took care of our room nicely done! We can’t wait till next vacation!!

Great breakfast! Wish it was a little closer to bars/restaurants. Also there are a lot of hills around the hotel. If you tried to walk, it would be very tiring.

Definitivamente nós recomendamos esse hotel. Ele fica super bem localizado, próximo de vários pontos turísticos de BH. Além disso os funcionários são super atenciosos e prestativos. Todos sempre com um sorriso no rosto. O quarto é bem completo e a limpeza também é excelente. Quanto a refeição , o café da manhã é super completo, com uma imensa variedade de produtos. A refeição também é impecável. Estão todos de parabéns !

Great hotel

Great breakfast in restaurant, friendly, helpful and patient with me when practicing my very bad Portuguese. Well stocked fridge in room for when I was too lazy to go out to the shop. Ideally located, taxi rank round corner, supermarket, chemist and host of other shops and restaurants within walking distance. 5 mins drive from my friends house, by the end of my stay I was getting used to the scary hills. I will be back in 6 months to stay here again.

Excellent customer service!! I went with my family last week and stayed for about two weeks. Front desk Patrick and manager Joao are super helpful and friendly. They really welcome you! Breakfast is amazing imagine with live music and everything super delicious. Alan the restaurant manager is outstanding always come to our table to make sure everything is going well! The general manager Thiago is super nice and make sure everything is doing well! The amenities are amazing, pool and gym the view is beautiful!! Also a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around. Very safe area!! I recommend the hotel!!

It was a safe area but the room was not what I expected. The bed platform was dirty and broken. When I walked in the room there was some kind of oil/lubricant in one area of the room floor. The bathroom was clean. Would not stay there again

Amazing staff. I don’t speak Portuguese, but the desk and dining staff went out of their way to effectively communicate and serve. This hotel is really a great place to stay! The room was beautiful and super clean. The mattress and linens were sumptuous and very comfortable.

Hotel moderno e bem localizado, num bairro tranquilo e com comércio e restaurantes bem próximos. O quarto triplo é bem amplo e confortável, conta até com cozinha. O quarto é silencioso. O sofá cama poderia ter um colchão mais confortável. O estacionamento é pago R$ 21 - garagem coberta. A piscina e academia ficam no terraço onde há uma ótima vista panorâmica da cidade. Ótimo café da manhã. Os recepcionistas são bem simpáticos e nos deram boas recomendações de restaurantes e lazer. No geral, uma ótima opção e boa relação custo-benefício.

The hotel is very new and generally speaking very good. Best things are: Very large bed - Good tv - albeit limited channels - Probably the best roof top hotel pool and gym in town Points to improve: - Most reception staff only speak Portuguese - Cleaning was conducted at different times of the afternoon and in to the evening - Bizzarely two duvets are provided and one only two pillows. The bed only needs one duvet but could definitely do with four pillows. I had to ask several times to change this. I'll definitely stay again.

Quarto bem bacana, tem uma mesa boa de trabalho, roteador com cabo Ethernet para trabalhar, e, o melhor, uma cadeira de escritório muito boa. Bem silencioso o quarto também Hotel excelente e perfeito se precisar trabalhar ou estudar durante a hospedagem
