Highly recommend! Get the charm and privacy of an Airbnb with the amenities of a hotel. Excellent breakfast (included), prime location, and several secluded outdoor areas. Also great bartender!

El trato , el lugar es maravilloso

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel and I would recommend it to anyone! The hotel is so interesting and beautiful, and the staff is outstanding. So thoughtful and attentive. And the breakfasts we had were so delicious! The only little complaint I have is that our room was on the inside of the hotel and we did not have a window. But still I would go back in a nanosecond!

The room was not what I had exoected

This is a gorgeous boutique hotel in Polanco (one of the most exclusive parts of CDMX). It is close to the shops and restaurants - all walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are snacks put out during the day. Wine is available as well (I think you have to pay for that though). Breakfast is also really good.

The staff and property exceeded our expectations. For example, we had a very early flight and they prepared a fantastic to go breakfast for our flight. When we go back to Mexico City I would stay there in a heart beat.

Everything is good at this place

I reserved and paid for deluxe king size room of 366 ft.² as advertised, on Expedia, however, we was given the room the total of 13’ x 15’=195 ft.², which was very small and very uncomfortable. As I paid for it during the check-in process, neither Expedia or Pug Seal Polanco Allan Poe hotel would not compensate us for a product or service we paid for, but didn’t receive. Therefore, I would not recommend this property to others unless you inspect the room before you pay for it during check-in.

Beautiful, serene ambience in a great area. Very welcoming with eclectic, interesting decor. Made to order breakfasts. Highly recommended. Please note: no elevators for those who may require.

Beautiful old building and rooms. Breakfast was great and included. Water needed to run 5 min to get warm so this could be addressed to save water. Wonderful hotel!

The staff were incredibly helpful, responsive and kind. We had an incredible stay.

Easy access

charming, clean, great location, well situated room w/branded linens & bath products add to the luxury feeling. Breakfast was delicious- & the whole staff extraordinary. The roof top garden was a great hang after a busy CDMX day

Our first time staying at the pug seal and it has been an absolute amazing stay. The staff and everyone at the hotel were great. I would definitely stay here again!

Great boutique hotel in the middle of Polanco shopping district.

This is an outstanding boutique hotel in the heart of Polanco which is a nice upscale neighborhood. The property is a very elegant old mansion that was converted into a very nice hotel. The breakfast alone which is included is worth the stay. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

If you ask me, the best in this hotel is hospitality. Not only staff, but also customers .

Beautiful property. Location was wonderful and safe. Breakfast was great and they will also make you a customized breakfast if you like. The staff was so friendly. The rooms were spacious and the decor was great. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at! Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
