The first room we occupied could use a little more care with decor and air flow. The hot water didn’t work the first few evenings but only in the AM.

I stayed two separate times in a span of a week in different rooms. The first stay the room was larger but had an ant issue and made the room feel dirty. However the second room I stayed in was clean but a bit smaller. Other than the ant issue I would stay at the hotel again as the buffet breakfast was very convenient for my stay.

Property was ok not the worse but the best either. Breakfast was ok but limited selection.

The room itself was nice. The property design and decor is a bit outdated. The staff was rude.

More like a 2 star hotel. Not so clean and needs a refurbishment to bring up standards.

I have read the reviews before I booked,i was skeptical,but said to myself maybe some people exaggerate,so went ahead and booked ,the check in was at 2pm we arrived at 1:40pm and was told the rooms are not ready, come back in half hour,Wich we did and again was not ready,finely at 3:30pm they gave us the rooms, Now the rooms were not cleaned well ,the bathroom same thing,shower handle loose can't adjust water temperature,all in all 2star out of 10 and I'm very generous,will never go back.

The shower handle was broken, and The hotel ran out of food in breakfast. ac didn't work.

Тhe room did not correspond to what is indicated in Hotels.com. The condition of the room was neglected (peeled wallpapers, dust, ...). Nobody at the reception/Hidden in the back office. One of the staff sings in the restaurant kitchen and is heard. This is 4 stars hotel, but it is true, because I am not sure.

The hotel fulfilled its offer. The room was clean and everything worked. The breakfast was quite good as was the efening meal. The staff were very helful.

The property was alright as far as hotels go, it was not fantastic but quite acceptable

Not much to complain but a few recommendations: 1-rooms need redecoration 2-breakfast needs some Italian bread varieties, better quality olives, better toast machine 3-reception should be able to provide local/ Rome maps train timetables

Hotel was adequate but housekeeping should pay attention to mosquitos! Eat alive

Hotel nice, great breakfast and super friendly staff. However, unless you need to be in Pomezia it's very difficult to get out and around.
