It was a very nice hotel, if I had to say one negative it was that I’m a single mother and our room was the farthest room from the pool which made it difficult, however we had an amazing stay and would absolutely book there again

The room and facilities were spotless with no odd odours etc. The complimentary breakfast buffet was the best I’ve experienced for both flavour and quality (the egg omelets were perfectly seasoned and sausage patties not too salty or overdone, waffles were fluffy), the breakfast kitchen staff were attentive to every detail in the buffet area. The pool, waterslide and hot tub were satisfactory for our needs. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Nice space and great location. Not the best breakfast option - hot protein options limited or non existent.

Very comfy beds. Good breakfast. Omelettes (Mon &Thurs) are the best. We only overnighted but found the place very clean & comfortable.

Front desk would not help with luggage although I told I had eye surgery. I asked for an extra duvet the first night I got there and she bought me a mattress cover. I told her I wasn’t using it and she gave me a dirty look. Very unprofessional.

Check in was quick, room lovely. Everything is well kept, spotless. Breakfast was ok, had better & had worse.

Rooms are pretty clean , staff is fine . But air conditioning is pretty bad . We suffer whole night with heat .

I enjoyed the hotel room as it was clean & spacious but other areas such as the halls, elevator, & orher common areas were not so much. It was hard being at the pool with my toddler as parents were not watching their kids so we were constantly being bumped, and having sports balls hit our heads plus kids not using the slide properly made it tough for us to enjoy.

The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I love the pool and the breakfast is just right.

The only complaint I have is they do not have hot choco! Other than that, we had a fantastic stay. The room is clean, the pool is great, and the staff are very kind and helpful.

Our one nighg stand was good. However we found that the bed, pillows were uncomfortable for us. Blankets could have been better as well. Breakfast had decent options.
