No soap and shampoo provided, only towels. Standard breakfast of fried rice and hot tea. But the breakfast took a long time, I ordered it in the evening so that it was delivered at 9 o'clock at 11 o'clock and then it was delivered. The swimming pool is also a bit dirty. The AC is not that cold. Friendly service.

Booking 2 rooms, one pool view and one garden view. I stayed in 209 which is a garden view room. Very satisfying stay experience with friendly staff who serve guests well. a strategic place for traveling at the turn of the year and the quiet atmosphere and the chirping of birds adds to my personal enjoyment. the swimming pool is open 24 hours, and breakfast starts at 8 to 10.30. only a few still asking questions, why do domestic and foreign breakfast places not just combined into one place. not how, but we don't feel equalized.

Hotel is ok, but the door is not good cause it has gap between 2 doors. Bed is awesome. Very soft. Some staffs don't know exactly what they have to do, need to train again BTW, the shop next to hotel is very great, everything is cheap, old lady is very friendly.

The nice hot water room ran out of breakfast instead of the narrow hiace entrance buffet not included in the owner who was a bitchy girl friendly employee.

Nice hotel, low budget hotel that is right, just as cheap, just as clean, just as the service is, when it's calm, value for money is the main thing.

Service is ignorant. Not friendly. Not according to the name suksma means. thanks. But guests checking out don't say anything, thank you. Many caterpillar rooms enter. Maybe it's because of forests and rice fields.

The location of the hotel is far and access to the entrance is small, the staff is very unfriendly.

Although the main access extremely narrow, but the hotel was quiet recommended.

The access road is very difficult, the entrance is very small, for big big cars no. just experience, my family of 2 adults 2 children (ages 7 and 3) somehow my 7-year-old child was charged, I thought it was possible to add extra bed but it was not at all just to add breakfast + small bottled mineral water. Though for facilities, places, cleanliness of comfort is really good. Really disappointed, if you are already in the hotel you can't get anywhere because parking is limited as well as roads are not adequate, finally when we are wasted a day. Good thing a nice swimming pool, nice view. Only the charge and road access constraints make it hard.

Nice hotel, everything gives you a feeling of peace, good breakfast and is served fresh fruit juice, very large bed, clean pool, near ubud center, very cheap price compared to quality , hope to stay for more days next time.
