Ever since I arrived, the staff were kind and happy to help. One showed me to my room and gave me a full explanation of everything in it and told me all about what to do in Siem Reap. The room was very comfortable, bedding was nice, and the room had very good air conditioning and a fan. The balcony was very nice too. The water pressure for the showers was great. The hotel is located in the middle of the city, so it’s very ideal to have a walk around and near so many restaurants and cafes.
