Room was lovely. Lots of parking. Bar reasonably priced.

Quite remote and quiet. Clean and the staff were pleasant, efficient and courteous. The restaurant offered a number of options in a picturesque location

Staff on reception lovely. When first entering the room the bedroom was clean but the sink looked like it had had coca cola tipped down it and not wiped down. Brown marks all over it. Had to wipe it clean befor use. Staff member with blond light straight hair in the evening was lovely. Sunday 23rd and monday 24th march 26

Rooms were very clean and cosy, beautiful views and environment.

Great location, big car park and handy that you can park outside your block. Nice large room that was modern and comfortable with a balcony and large bathroom. Suggestion would be hooks on bathroom door and bedroom door as no where to hang coats. Also the bedspread and display pillows need to be cleaned. Apart from that, 4 mins to Chipping Norton and 8 mins to farm shop, would stay again. Good for kids as could have close rooms. Thought lift was excellent and interactions that we had with staff were great. Did not purchase breakfast.

My room was very spacious ,Clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. There were not any shops near by as far as I’m aware Didn’t use the gym so cannot speak on.

Really friendly staff, sorted us Sunday dinner at last minute and served us in bar so we could watch football. Couldn’t fault it.

Didn’t use the gym, disappointed that a “Spa” hotel had no pool

Beautiful room with a view of the golf course! All the staff were so friendly.

Booked two rooms for one night stay. Comfy bed, warm room, mostly updated apart from wardrobe and dressing table which were older and less in keeping with modern decor. Very happy with our stay. Ideal location for our stay. Busy hotel. Didn’t use the facilities.

Very well equipped and comfortable room. Plenty of parking close by. Great bar and restaurant.

Lovely environment, friendly staff and specious gym

There was no spa pool, tried to make a booking before our stay for a massage, was sent a message staying our request was waitlisted? When arrived at the hotel we were told there was no availability for massages on any of the 3 days we were staying so in my opinion little point in calling yourself a spa hotel if you have 1 part time person available to do massages

Great location, lovely staff and good size rooms. Looking a little tired in places, but wouldn't stop me staying again.
