The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The property had been upgraded recently, was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The location was excellent, and we could easily walk to everywhere we wanted to go, see, and do.

Absolutely amazing Hotel. Room was one of the best we have stayed in for a long time. Check in a delight as was the help offered when we were there. Breakfast very good. Sparling wine much appreciated! Will stay again would thoroughly recommend

This hotel was ver nice and extremely clean. We had three adults in the room The room was spacious and comfortable. We had two rooms both nice. We only stayed one night. Wish it could have been more

Mein Zimmer war komplett modernisiert mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die ebenerdige Dusche war schön groß und das Zimmer ebenfalls mit einem extra Tisch an dem ich den Abend noch ausklingen lassen konnte. Zudem wurde jeden Tag eine Gratisflasche Wasser Medium in mein Zimmer gestellt und das Personal war wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Parkgarage ist direkt unter den Zimmern erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

The property was beautiful. We stayed in the back building. Unfortunately the heat did not work in one of the rooms we stayed in. The Hotel tried their best to get it working at night and when they couldn’t, they issued us a full refund in the morning. They were very helpful.

Such a lovely hotel right in the center of Baden Baden. Location offers access to all the Christmas markets, the thermal bath and the casino all within a short walk. Lovely breakfast location looking out to a beautiful garden.
