This has nothing to do with the Hotel, Spirit Airlines left us stranded at Houston and we miss the connection from New York to Madrid.

Pleasant stay, friendly staff.

It said 'parking available', but it needs to include parking is a 1st come 1st serve street parking only. There was a concert going when we got there and it took 45 minutes to find a parking spot.

Not bad for a weekend very friendly but wouldn't recommend for longer very small rooms but OK nice and clean beds but the rooms could do with a coat of paint !!

The hotel was closed when I arrived. Luckily the taxi driver was nice enough to let me use his phone. A man answered and was very short, and hastily gave me directions that I or the Spanish native taxi driver didn't understand. The taxi driver used Google to locate another part of the hotel. The reception guy was in a restaurant next to the hotel and then checked me in only to make me walk back to the place I originally arrived. All not needed after a tireing journey. Otherwise ok,room not in great condition but you get what you pay for

No surprises. Room has no Air condition. Wow. Helpful staff. Know Spanish to have a better experience.

Liked the place a lot! Great people in the reception which also serves as bar. A bit out of the way - but hey - the you get to see a different part of town :)

First impression a bit negative - room has been cleaned and prepared for new guest, but still I have found a carrier bag with rubbish left by previous guests... After that it was better - every day room service with fresh towels and toiletries. Good connection to Madrid by metro network. To check in or check out - walk about 200m to another building... wifi router on my floor was not working but the router from the lower floor was still in reach....

From the airport the bad directions cost us 35 Euros to Central Madrid. The trip back to the actual location 25 Euros. Returning to the airport next morning cost another 25 Euros. We could have stayed in a better hotel nearer the airport for these costs. The hostel appears to be more for working men travelling that tourists. The room was tiny - like a large cupboard but it was clean and quiet. The cafe where you collect the key should be avoided. The food was badly cooked. My wife was presented with an almost raw hamburger (made of pork) and the breakfast menu prices were misleading. When breakfast came it was greasy and served very abruptly. I would NOT recommend this place.

22 minutes to the airport by taxi with no traffic at 5am. 23 euro for 2 passengers. No air conditioning, but there was a fan mounted on the wall. Close to a town square where there were people out and about. Room was small for 2 twin beds. The bathroom was even smaller. It worked for a nights sleep and off to the airport, not sure if I would do an extended stay.

The room was small, but comfortable and clean. For the price, it's a nice place to stay close to the airport.

Horrible hotel, don't ever think to stay on it, abd very very far from anything, dangerous neighbourhood

He estado 3 noches y aunque la habitación es pequeña, tenía de todo, baño y aire acondicionado, perfecto para pasar noche El metro al lado y sin necesidad de coger coche para visitar Madrid

Un hostal de una estrella, todo limpio, pequeño pero con sus comodidades, TV, teléfono, a/c. Calefacción. Muy bien para dormir y una buena ducha excelente, llevar gel
