Very well looked after in this clean well-appointed guest house.

I had a great stay at the Beeches. Good facilities and an authentic, friendly host. Good selection for breakfast: the butteries are delicious!

Room was clean but small which was fine for me. Booked one night and ended up staying for two. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast items were good choices. I would stay there again.

This is a gem of a property with an excellent host. I enjoyed a several night stay and it was flawless. The breakfast, while described as “continental” undersells itself as it is both varied, extensive and nutritious. Much recommended.

This is one of nicer B and Bs we have ever stayed in during our travels . Host John is thorough and thoughtful with the continental breakfast going above and beyond the norm

Perfect for my couple of days in the city....

The room was well presented and clean with everything we required and then some. No cooking facilities but nice eating place a few minutes up the road. The bed was good but average pillow. Our host John showed us around on arrival. The breakfast was good for a free breakfast.

The place was an excellent stay, the host was very friendly and the room was exactly what I expected. Would highly recommend this place for anyone passing through Aberdeen!
