This accommodation perfect for backpackers. The staffs are very friendly. It's near 7-11 and not too far from Kyoto Station too. The laundry room is in 1st floor where you could using washing machine for ¥200 and dryer for ¥100. The only cons (for me) are there is no elevator and the stair's step are too narrow and small, quite handy if you bring big luggage there, but the staff very helpful, they'll help you bring the luggage to the 2nd or 1st floor :)

The friendly waiter gave me many tips for vacationing in Japan, the location is also not far from Kyoto Station. If you are lazy, you can take the subway to Kujo Station just a few steps from Kujo Station.
