The lamp above the bed was out. The staff said it was just for decoration. The room was dimly lit. The staff was unfriendly. The AC was noisy. The photos on the website didn't match the reality. The rattan cupboard was basic. There were four electrical outlets, but only one worked.

The staff is friendly and nice. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel location is strategic and near the city center, it takes about 15mins to walk to the Platinum Mall and Central World Mall. The only thing is that the bathroom is separated, despite being cleaned regularly by the staff’s, there are some guests that don’t maintain the bathroom cleanliness after using it. So I felt kind of uncomfortable.

Super clean and spacious room, with a very flexible check-in time. I arrived at 10 AM and I could directly check in and enjoy my resting time in the room I reserved without any additional cost for early check-in. The bathroom is clean. The features of the room are incredible. They even have a hanger for a towel in the bedroom, charging station, and reading lamp. Staff are okay and helpful. They provide mineral water daily (I stayed for 3 nights there) and they provide mineral water every day. Towel is cleaned every 2 days, and amenities are provided. Thinking to stay here again when I come back to Bangkok. And sure I will not bring my towels, soap, etc., because the hotel has provided them all in the bedroom. Note: I stayed in a bunked bed for 4 females, but I stayed all alone (no room-mate), feels like I stayed in a private hotel room.
