Excellent hotel, Staff was phenomenal, great location, nice lobby, and the breakfast buffet that was included with the price was spectacular!

Absolutely loved this hotel. Beautiful old architecture with modern rooms, fantastic complimentary breakfast, 24hr coffee, tea, water station. Hotel is located in high end shopping district which is walkable to all the tourist sites.

Great staff, great location, terrible breakfast. Eggs were so cold you cut them like a pie. Beans were cold. Only oranges and grapefruit for the fruit selection, I would recommend this place but do not get the breakfast included

What an amazing property. The location is fantastic. Everything is walkable. The hotel is very clean, beautiful. We chose a Signature room and loved it. It was comfortable and had a nice sitting chair, and lounge chair too! The air conditioning worked very well— it was quite hot when we were there. I really liked the breakfast area. Good selection overall in a lovely setting!! Staff was so friendly. Also, they have a room off the lobby where you can get complementary water, coffee, tea. This was a nice bonus. Highly recommend overall— would love to stay here again if given the opportunity.

Virag at the front desk was particularly helpful when I needed it in an emergency. Very sympathetic, very organized. She was willing to spend time on the pphone for me, which was vital because I don't speak the language.

The hotel is in the perfect location. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable ( firm matress). Would come again.

Hotel Moments staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating...from check in to our departure. The room was lovely...the bed comfortable and bteakfast was amazing.

This hotel is in an excellent location, a very central, beautiful neighborhood that to some extent remains an actual neighborhood with some Budapest residents, unlike many other nice hotels, which are in neighborhoods that cater almost exclusively to tourists. It’s also less than two blocks from the opera house, which is one of the most beautiful in the world. I stayed with my spouse in a junior suite, which is actually just a very large room with a sofa and a large round table with seating, and a bit of a divider. It was very comfortable, but doesn’t have the polish one can find in nice hotels in Western European cities, although to be fair the cost is also lower. The lighting was a bit on the cool side. The bed was rather firm and we availed ourselves of the offered added mattress topper after we arrived. There was a large selection of TV/ streaming options. Included is an absolutely fantastic breakfast buffet, with an enormous selection of hot and cold foods, breads, sweets, juices, coffee drinks etc. We generally had a big leisurely breakfast and then did not eat again until the mid to late afternoon. Housekeeping was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff at the property were so kind and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect for seeing all the sites and the room size was very comfortable for two. I highly recommend this hotel for visits to Budapest.
