The reception was very friendly and professional, parking was arranged without any fuss, I had forgotten to pre book, room was satisfactory with separate shower and toilet.

Great location, easy parking and the breakfast had a lot of choices both hot and cold. I used the fitness room and it was perfect for stretches and light weights.

Super helpfu staff. Hotel is well situated for walking into the centre of Troyes. The room was clean and well maintained. It was nice to have the bar area for a pre meal drink.

Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was surprisingly good. Would definitely stay there again as it is handily placed for a simple 10 minute walk to the centre of the old town.

This is not a 4 stars but a 2 stars hotel, the carpet was terrible, the room was ugly. The location is good to access the old city. There no available parking, but have a space near the hotel. The breakfast is correct, the person who serve a the breakfast she is wonderfull, always helpfull and smill, this is the only positive point.

Professional greeting on arrival. We had planned to stay three nights but could only stay for one. We didn’t book a flexible tariff but the staff was able to not make an additional charge. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We stayed for breakfast and there was a good selection. Good location for Troyes old town. Be aware that parking needs to be booked in advance for a charge of £12.

Amazing hotel and lovely Staff. Very good English and always willing to go above and beyond for every guest.

We stopped here for one night on the way to the Alps. It was excellent. The staff were genuinely exceptional. They were there for us for a very late check in (02:00) and smiling as if it was mid afternoon. The beds were really comfortable and massive. We were four in one room and there was plenty of space. Then breakfast was really nice. Simple but well done and the lady in charge just super helpful. We left with the impression that they really care. That’s increasingly rare these days. Thank you to all the staff who looked after us.
