Breakfast was fresh. The staff was very responsive. When we wanted to travel to a place near Cusco, or any place to pick medicines from, they had good suggestions to offer.

Our trip to Cusco ended up getting extended due to a hospitalization for me. The staff was so kind to my daughter while my husband spent the night with me in the hospital. They extended our stay and were so accommodating in the restaurant based on what I could eat. They gave us extremely late checkout so that I could continue to rest until we have to be at the airport. In addition to that, the hotel was beautiful, the rooms were clean, and the views were spectacular.
