Clean and comfortable stay. Breakfast was excellent.

Very impressive property and room was a good size. However, there were no sockets close to the bed apart from the very old 5A round pin ones for the bedside lamps, one of which could only be switched off by unplugging it. The bed was very uncomfortable, the bathroom extractor made a racket for several minutes after being switched off, and the shower was feeble. Not a great stay.

Having always use Premier Inns, we decided their prices had gone to high, so we thought we would try smaller hotels & weren’t we pleased we did. This was a very pleasant break in a 600 mile trip to Scotland

Very clean and lovely helpful staff beds were super comfy too!

As a room only, couldn't wish for anything better. Ideally located for us between starting point and end point.

Our room was in a separate building to the main building which didn't appear to have a secure entry to it. The corridor had things left lying around next to the stairs like bedding etc. our room was tired with rusting on the bathroom mirror, marks on the bath enamel and the carpet in the room was threadbare in places. There was also a musty old smell in the room.

Friendly atmosphere no hassle justi straight forward

The hotel was lovely very comfortable beds the TV needed updating very basic channels and no way of connecting a device to it to stream. The staff who greeted us on arrival were lovely ahd welcoming. The receptionist who checked us out on Monday morning, not so much. She didn't bother ask how our stay was or if everything was okay. Pretty much a fundamental part of the checkout process! Overall it is a nice hotel just needs a little bit of tlc and some investment and it could be amazing.

Very nice and clean. The only place we don’t have to ask for the baby cot because it was already there in the room when we arrived. Very clean and fantastic mattress.

Handy place to stay for a short break

Spacious room with comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely building and gardens. Free parking. Friendly staff. Close to attractions.

Very well placed for access to and around Falkirk and Grangemouth.

I've stayed here numerous times over the years, a lovely hotel. Breakfast is freshly cooked to order, staff are always very friendly and helpful. Also the food at Cooks restaurant is highly recommended.

Food was excellent, staff was very helpful and friendly. Comfortable armosphere.

Stayed 1 night, disappointed that we were not in the main building and the hotel was not busy only 8 rooms booked that night. Had dinner in the adjacent restaurant Cooks was lovely and the waitress was really friendly. Breakfast in the morning was freshly cooked which makes such a difference as I’m not a fan of a buffet breakfast. Overall a nice hotel but nothing special

The hotel was lovely but we had absolutely no hot water whatsoever. The shower was stone cold. The water pressure in the wash basin was terrible and also freezing cold. The toilet only flushed now and again.

Had a lovely overnight stay Had food in restaurant next door & food was very nice also drinks in bar & even though bar man was busy doing lots of jobs he still had time for a quick chat

Room was ok, bed was comfy, reception when i checked in was miserable but checking out the lady was nice. Didn't eat so can't make comment
