Plus: Clean room. Close to the beach. Friendly service. Minus: The setting system makes it very uncomfortable for a suite. No hairdryer. Location access and car parking are terrible. The restaurant is not open & it's a bit difficult to find food online or other needs because the driver always cancels. There is no announcement of the beach under construction on the web Only suitable for those who aim to rest and sleep in the room. Without bringing a vehicle to get in and out.

We had a lovely 3 nights at harmony, location was great, walked to a few places we wanted to visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a smell in the bathroom, this didn't bother us much, and the room was a little older than appeared in photos, but overall we would recommend and would stay again.

This hotel has access to the beach, but must first rotate to Batu Belig Road, in my opinion access is less recommended, but the rooms are good.

Water stings crazily in bathroom AC turns to be a waterfall, flooded fully, the solution from the hotel people is put cloth to control the water
