The room is not clean. And has a bad odor

This new owner seems very kind. She wants everything was okay. The room is newly renovated and very spacious. The staff are awesome especially the receptionists. The hotel is now under management that is why everything has changed. See you again. I recommend to stay with their place. we were satisfied Actually! Salute

Hotel service was terrible. I booked the hotel and when I made it to reception, they didn't even know that I had booked a room! The advertisement for the hotel stated that the beach was a lot closer than it really is. Charged 200 baht for a small dirty towel that we used on the bathroom floor to dry after showering. Overcharged for the little items in the rooms. I used a toothbrush that was supposed to cost only 20 baht ended up paying 50. Don't let the lower price of the hotel fool you. If you can afford to pay a little more for a better hotel, do it.

No drinking water, no broken TV, no double bed. The staff spoke badly.
