Loved everything..the pool water could have been warmer!

It was a really good stay. The staff were professional and very accommodating. The rooms were clean, water hot and the beds comfortable. Had an issue with hot water one night, the AC would turn off at night and I would wake up in a cold sweat. Parking is a little high at $18 a day, but I did enjoy my stay.

We could not sleep well on room 239 because we could hear all the foot steps in our ceiling from the 3rd floor at all times

rooms were big and clean. Breakfast was very basic and rooms needed more light. They're very dark during the day.

Great service. Staff were very friendly and answered any questions we had. There’s lots of shopping/food plaza to explore. The bus transit is very close by and will take you to New York. The hotel was in the perfect spot.

Was good for an overnight stay. Nothing special here.

We had the pleasure of being assisted by Nanette at the coffee shop. Nanette was extremely kind, helpful and friendly. The hotel is lucky to have such a person.

Front staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy access to NYC via NJ Transi158 bus that is right accross the street from the hotel and ends at Union Station very close to Times Square

My child and I were a little out of ease and oftenly shy because we’re not used to staying in hotels and didn’t quite know what we’re entitled to in terms of included services: they made it an extraordinary and OVERLY GENEROUS experience for us. I can’t thank them enough. Great employees great customer services. Thank you so much for this!
