Staff is amazing here!

Our stay was great. We stayed 3 nights in a room with two double beds and a pullout coach . We were 5 people and it worked out great for us . The beds were so comfortable, they did a wonderful job cleaning our room everyday . The kitchen was a plus we shopped at Trader Joe’s that’s literally across from the hotel and cooked some of our own meals . The Lincoln outdoor Mall is just a short walk away . The hotel has a shuttle ride to the beach that’s 2 minutes away . The beach is amazing the water was wonderful to swim in . The front desk was so friendly and so helpful , especially Benjamin he was so helpful but so was the lady just don’t remember her name. The rooftop pool was so much fun for the kids , we loved that it was open till 10:00 pm . Breakfast was really good, scrambled eggs. Sausages , potatoes, waffle maker , melon , yogurt. The only negative thing I have to share is that they offer two free lounge chairs at the beach with your reservation BUT not the umbrella and they charge $20 per day per umbrella , why not just add that extra service and include the umbrella with the chairs .

It was an alright hotel, really wish i it will be renovated, valet was great but had an awful smell

I’m super desapointed on this hotel, they never mentioned about the extra fees they charged. I never used there towels or the transportation to the beach plus they charge me every single day I was there in the hotel. If I would knows I wouldn’t stayed there.

Overall it was ok, the staff tried their best. There were several things such as no soap for the sink, they gave us body wash to make up for it. The parking was super pricey. The facility itself and our room is showing its wear and tear, scratches on floors, flimsy towels, some worn furniture. For a family of five there are limited options. But, not sure I would book here again.

It was a very bad experience and I do not recommend My total balance was $546 for 2 night. They stole $750 from my account . This was the worst experience. The room was very old and not suitable for staying in, but the service was good

From my experience at the Marriott Residence Inn in South Beach, the location was fantastic. However, as someone with respiratory and environmental sensitivities triggered by VOCs and other contaminants, I found the lobby air quality challenging. Fortunately, there’s a back entrance that allows you to walk straight to your room, bypassing the lobby entirely—making it a much easier option for those with asthma, COPD, or similar conditions. I also found the breakfast area best early in the morning. Later, it gets crowded, and the waffle machines, toaster, and food stations don’t have the best ventilation. The combination of sunlight hitting the glass, body heat from guests, CO2, and VOCs in a packed room can be overwhelming. My tip: go for breakfast early, use the back stairs, and enjoy the prime location without the extra hassle. #HealthyTravel

Hotel was beautiful very clean love the hot breakfast every morning.. only downside heavy construction in area no beautiful views & rooms are a lil small only provided one small hot plate need at least two hot plates if dining in ..
