The rooms are decent size, but the hotel looks old and has a stale smell. The bedsheets had stains, the towels were dirty and smelled awful. ( only one large and one small towel was given) Asked for clean ones and received the same- full of stains and with a bad odour. The shower tiles were dirty, the toilet wasn't cleaned ( had to wipe the seat before using it)

Friendly staff. Good location. Clean. The biggest problem is the blinking lights on the smoke detector in the rooms. It's hard to get to sleep with those lights.

This is a great hotel. In the large suites, there are 2 shower heads. Very clean hotel with a friendly staff. One of my favorite places to stay. Even a mall with a food court next door. I recommend staying here if you are in campo grande area. Even outside Rio heavy traffic.

The hotel room was comfortable and the staff went above and beyond for me during my visit. I definitely will stay here again.

Loved my stay again there. Staff is good. Rooms are clean , restaurant there ofered a lot . Really good breakfast.

Bom hotel. Ótimo atendimento. Mas decepcionante a forma como trataram um caso. A água no chuveiro praticamente não esquentava (e vários hóspedes reclamaram). O hotel não fez nenhum esforço para corrigir, e mentia para os hóspedes.

Atende bem. Não tem muitas opções de comércio, apenas o shopping simples

O chuveiro não estava esquentando o suficiente para mim...

sem água quente, sem toalhas, leva de restaurante terrível e opções de café sofríveis..

Hotel ficou sem água quente pois estava com a lotação máxima durante 4 dias.

Passei 4 dias no hotel e todos tomando banho frio. Solicitei a manutenção em todos os dias e nada foi feito. Solicitei o cancelamento e disseram que não era possível. Um absurdo com os clientes. Roupa de cama tive que pedir p trocar pois estava suja e rasgada. Um descaso absurdo.
