Friendly front desk staff. Rooms are nice however they could've been cleaner. Breakfast in the morning is great. Hotel is great only as a getaway; to stay there and commute to the city where everything is highly inconvenient and costly by uber. Majority of uber drivers had difficulty finding the hotel as it's located in the mountains. Expedia has listed at the time there's shuttles available for the area but there were none.

none of the hot tubs are heated, ever, they should not be advertised as hot tubs, but ice plunges. Although the facility, the pool area were gorgeous and clean. The hotel staff were very friendly,, but not helpful when it came to descending nearly three flights of stairs with luggage, just to get to the front door of the hotel from parking on the street . It is not an accessible hotel.for anyone with difficulty with stairs.

Great experience. we met Joseph at check in and had a wonderful conversation with him. He was extremely helpful in handling our bags and showing us around the premises. He made our stay at the hotel, exceptional.

Very Friendly staff, nice pools, I feel that premium rooms should come with glass’s not cardboard cups, take care to choose a room that suits your needs. Food is low price and deserts are a must.

Hi It's 2:27 midnight 15 june 2025, I am experiencing loud noise from classical music concerts and i can't sleep in this hotel. No prior information or notification tell me whats going on here. I driven all day my car to get here to rest, i check in late and I paid 200 euro per night for sleep nad i can't If there are such issues you have to inform the guests in advance so i can cancel my reservation or find alternative You have not told me anything about this, I really can't sleep with this noise This is disrespectful to me, terrible service and you should inform me before. You must compensate for bad management and services

The smell of the room what terrible

This Hotel is over priced. I booked two nights for standard rooms it cost £79 per night, I paid full amount of two nights. When I checked in the hotel that receptionist show me couple of nice rooms then I selected one of the room then he told me to pay extra €200 tax for one night I shocked. They did not price the room on website or expedia, this is kind of scammed. Then I paid that extra €200 tax. I asked them to can you please cancel my second night reservation but they did not agree with it. The important thing is if you don't have own vechile you are stuck in this hotel all day. I tried Mani times uber and local taxi they did not come to the hotel, therefore we left the Hote before one night early. They charged over and also they did not refund the one night payment. It is shame. I do not come to this hotel anymore. I'm not recommend this hotel anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel, and as we had read that there was no lift and a lot of stairs, we asked for a room with minimal stairs. When we arrived, Joseph offered us an amazing suite on the same floor as reception and the restaurant, for a small supplement. We had an amazing view of the stunning main pool and a bath with a wall like the moon behind! Breakfast was excellent, as was dinner and staff were extremely nice and helpful. Our only comment would be that the room had no kettle. As I am disabled, the staff told us to park our car inside the hotel grounds so that I did not have to go up and down the steps to the roadside parking which made a huge difference to us.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay!! The only issue was getting the luggage on and off the property with ease (there are several staircases) . But once inside the staff was kind enough to assist with taking the luggage to the room. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Food was amazing and view spectacular both day and night. I was even allowed to do a little birthday photo shoot in unoccupied areas 🙏🥳. Would definitely recommend! Thank You El Petit Mirador, Barcelona for your wonderful hospitality ❤️.

This was the cutest and most romantic little hotel. The views are stunning especially at night. I would stay here again but would definitely upgrade to a suite, skip the supper offered at the property, and arrive early enough to enjoy the pool we arrived at 7:30 and pool closes at 8pm.

The views are amazing and staff are very welcoming and polite especially Ian and Susanna all round just great and peaceful

This property is in a magnificent location, high above greater Barcelona with a 270 degree view. The property is beautiful, interesting, spread out on various levels along the hillside. The only small issue is that the walls between rooms are thin. Bar and restaurant were very good.
