Best place to stay in Marrakech!!

We had a simply phenomenal time at Dar Assiya. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is magical!!

Thank you all for a lovely stay. Everyone at the riad was so kind to us, the rooms were beautiful, and to top it off we also had great breakfast every day. Highly suggest having the riad book an airport transfer for anyone booking, we did and it was very convenient.

An amazing find, a beautiful gem and incredible staff who made you feel so welcome and couldn’t do enough to help. We love Dar Assiya and will definitely go back!

Fantastic experience at a very classy riad near the souks. All amenities were top quality and the food was excellent. Service was exceptional. Great value. I recommend getting one of the larger rooms upstairs regardless of how many people staying. Will stay again next time!

Property is excellent and Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing every morning. Staff did everything to make our visit memorable. Bit hard to locate the riad while arriving first time, calling staff could have helped a lot. Overall great experience and will definitely stay there again!

We have travelled widely and I can honestly say that this is among the most beautiful and well-run places we have stayed. It is meticulously clean, the staff very gracious and available to help with any need, breakfast lavish and excellent, the room and ambiance, lovely.

Because we stayed in several riads in different cities, so in comparison, this could improve in the sense that the decoration both in the courtyard and the room could be improved. Right now it's a bit chaotic. The GPS doesn't work well here that we ended up parking on the street side about 4 min walk to the raid.... Not too bad.

Good location inside the Medina with easy, and short access to taxi/parking (if you drive yourself). Rich breakfast and nice cuisine for the dinner. Friendly staff ready to assist

We stayed at Dar Assiya Le Perite and has an excellent time! The Riad was beautiful and comfortable, but the best part of our stay was the lovely staff (Abdou and Soulaiman). Both of these kind gentleman were incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. They ensured that we were very comfortable, and that all our needs were met throughout our stay. When we return to Marrakech, we will certainly stay at this Riad again because the Riad is very nice, and staff is wonderful. They really made our experience much better.

Our trip to Marrakesh was wonderful both because of the city and the staff at Dar Assiya. Abdul and Sueliman, who are the primary staff at the Riad, are both incredible hosts. There was nothing that was too much for them to do for us or help us with and we never had to ask, most everything was anticipated. They are warm, friendly, professional and helped us with all of our needs. My husband and I travel the world frequently and we have never had such amazing hosts as Abdul and Suliman. The Riad itself is comfortable and clean. It is in a great location to access everything and most of the sites we wanted to see were walking distance. DON'T MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO STAY AT THIS WONDERFUL RIAD IN MARAKESH.

This beautiful riad is tucked away in the Medina & we were able to walk the area with ease. Although it isn’t easy the find the first time, a member of the staff meets you to collect your luggage & escort you to the location. We pinned the location to be able to easily find our way back each trip. Each of the staff we encountered were extremely accommodating & kind. The entire property was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the attention to detail; from the housekeepers meticulously organizing our belongings to the yummy breakfast timed at our request each day. I wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Fit for royalty! We had a magical stay here. The staff kindly arranged tours and visits for us which helped us make the most of our three-day stay in Marakesh. The hotel is safe, serene, and superb in every way. The breakfasts were wonderful and the dinner prepared by the hotel cook was the best meal we had in Marakesh, which says a lot because all the food was fantastic. A hidden gem.

Beautiful riad with kind staff. We asked for a taxi driver to take us to the airport and was told that alll I need to pay is 150 dh, but the guy who take you to the taxi is not the taxi driver and will ask you for money. We were not expecting this and did not have any money more than 150dh. The guy hassled and it was not a pleasant experience.

Beautiful, quiet Riad just off the center of the souk madness. Amazing renovation and beautiful artifact touches. Many surviving interior and architectural elements to savor. Fantastic rooftop. Somewhat close quarters with five rooms around a single atrium but well worth the stay. The kitchen and food on site are worth a try. All around great stay.

Dar Assiya was absolutely fantastic. It is such a beautiful place to stay and the staff were incredibly helpful with everything we could possibly need- be it organising tours, taxis and restaurant bookings. Maoud (apologies if I misspelt your name!) even helped us organise an airport transfer to our hotel in Casablanca when we were having issues contacting staff at our next hotel.

This property was beautiful and the staff consistently went above and beyond. We were so impressed with our stay. Amazing room, terrace, and breakfast each morning and the staff made it so special and enjoyable. Great location and very safe. Can’t say enough good things about this riad - would definitely stay there again and recommend it.
