It was an excellent and relaxing stay, my top were probably food (huge variety of vegetarian dishes, every day something new and different, excellent à la carte restaurants and food by the beach during the day) The staff deserves a huge applause for their top hospitality friendliness and attitude. Very comfortable room and beautiful surroundings, in my opinion better than the neighboring resorts. Overall very comfortable stay. If I have to say something negative it’s maybe that I’d love it to be an adult only hotel since kids were running everywhere, so definitely more family friendly than a relaxing couple stay, but you cannot satisfy everyone :) anyway I’d definitely come back

First time visiting a Mitsis, I was dubious as it was so cheap for a family of four, all inclusive. I was pleasantly surprised!! We all had a great time and will be back, We were a family of four, young children, and the room was cozy! I imagine with older children it would be cramped. Food selection was good and tasty with different themed nights. Breakfast got a bit boring by day 6, lots of choice just the same every day. All edible and tasty, though.

Great family resort

Beautifully landscaped resort with excellent food options and friendly, attentive staff. Pleasant distance from the airport for transfers. Great for kids (they loved the water slide). Only negatives; most of the pool tables in the games area are missing a full set of balls. Can be tricky securing sunloungers by the pool areas and the nighttime entertainment can be a bit noisy if staying near the amphitheatre. The beach is clean and super accessible. The sea is very rocky underfoot here but we enjoyed that because it means there’s an abundance of fish to view in shallow water close to the shore. Excellent for newbie snorkellers and/ or kids. Overall we had a wonderful, relaxed holiday in a gorgeous setting with an excellent selection of food available almost 24/7. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful Family Holiday at Mitsi Cretan Village - Service Shines! We recently returned from a fantastic stay at Mitsi Cretan Village with our 3-year-old toddler, and overall, we had a truly lovely family holiday. The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff and service, which genuinely felt like a proper 5-star experience. From the moment we arrived, the team was incredibly attentive and hospitable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The layout of the hotel is also excellent, with easy access to the beautiful beach and the various pools. As a family hotel, you should expect children and a lively atmosphere, which suited us perfectly. We wouldn't necessarily recommend this resort for couples or friends seeking a quieter getaway. We would also recommend requesting a room in the quieter parts of the hotel. We were initially allocated a room above the main bar, which was quite noisy. The best rooms are likely located on either side of the complex. However, it's worth noting that regardless of your room location, there will likely be some level of activity going on until at least 10 pm. Our little one absolutely loved the kids' areas, especially the fantastic pools. The kids' corner was also very welcoming, and the activities they had planned looked very interesting, with the children seeming thoroughly engaged. There were also plenty of

The hotel was amazing and better than advertised. The rooms and surrounding areas were clean and airy, the location was beautiful. Travelling with a 2 year old, the all inclusive food, pizza corner and snacks were great. We really enjoyed the variety of food, especially as vegetarians. The bar staff, restaurant staff and lobby staff were amazing - super helpful. The best part was the animation team. An excellent job done by Marcone, Giorgia and Karol - our son loved the mini disco every night. They were fantastic and helped my son have a memorable holiday

Really good stay, good food and very hospitable. Needed a taxi to get to places around the hotel but that was easy to organise through the hotel.

Lovely property lovely location, exactly what was needed. Kids loved it, so i'd say it was geared up for children, though not so much for under 4s. Food and drink quality slightly lacking. Entertainment was a bit too samey, but overall such a great holiday.

Im Allgemeinen war es sehr schön und wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit dort verbracht!! Manche Sachen könnten besser sein, man kann aber nichts ändern, es handelt sich um ein altes Hotel, das sehr bald renoviert werden muss! Die Zimmer sind ok, die Reinigung war sehr gut, in der Taverne Frau Giouli die Bedienung, sowie die beiden Köche Lefteris und Vangelis machen ausgezeichnete Arbeit, sind sehr freundlich und bemühen sich für das Beste!! Das ganze Personal ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit, offen, will von sich erzählen und ein Teil des Urlaubs werden! Alle sind sehr froh, wenn man ihnen ein gutes Wort über ihre Arbeit sagt, sie lobt und natürlich sie machen den Aufenthalt angenehm und zum besonderen Erlebnis! Meine Familie und meine Freunde waren sehr begeistert von der Gastfreundschaft, der Qualität der Gastronomie, von der Valentina und dem Rahmenprogramm, von der Vielfalt und dem großen Angebot! Sehr bald müssen aber alle Stein-Böden frisch lackiert und die Löcher gefüllt werden, damit die Anlage überhaupt sauberer aussieht! An der Rezeption sind manche neuen Sessel nötig, die Fenster der Taverne müssen sofort gereinigt und die Lichter gewechselt werden, (sie machen einem sehr müde), die Tore mit dem Müll vom Restaurant direkt neben dem Eingang des Hotels müssen geschlossen bleiben, es sieht ja schrecklich aus, wenn man ankommt und vieles vieles mehr, damit man sich nicht so sehr unterstellt fühlt, in diesem Hotel zu wohnen und nicht in den beiden benachbarten Mitsis!!
