The quaint boutique-style was restful and efficient. After hours arrival was met with an instant call-button response and access. It is walking-distance to many shops, etc.

Location was perfect, easy access to museum’s great restaurants and the heart of Amsterdam. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is even a self serving coffee and hot chocolate vender down stairs. My only recommendation is use the ear plugs in the nightstand at night, the company at the bar next door can be disturbing. My family and enjoyed our stay thank you

They were very friendly when they were there, but rarely was anyone on shift. The hotel was small and noisy... a badly placed vending machine seems to get a lot of use at odd hours. The room description claim there was a fridge in the room... there was not. Room cleaning doesn't get done unless you put out the sign on the door. I like this policy, but wish it had been explained first. Random hairs all over the bathroom walls showed a definite lack of cleanliness, but not overly dirty. All in all, not bad value for the money, but there is better hotels for less.

Needs a good cleaning. Under beds not clean. Also should have tea making, like kettle in room.

Positives: 1) location. In the heart of Amsterdam. 2) receptionist provided good information that helped a lot 3) room did have AC if it was needed Negatives: 1) quite loud. Lots of tram noise. Street / people noise. 2) room is not much bigger than the beds. 3) bathroom is really small

The location is not bad, it is quite near the Van Gogh Museum but there is nobody around the reception all day long and the floor is kindly filthy. Wearing flip flop in the room is a must

Good location, adequate accommodations. Air conditioning was nice. Very few outlets and bathroom outlet didn’t work. Hotel employee was kind.

I had a really nice stay at the Hotel Leidsegracht. I was late for my check in and the host waited for me and made sure that my luggage that had been lost by the airline was safe in my room. I also really liked that this hotel was a little outside the tourist area, so the restaurants and bars nearby felt more local.

Nice student hotel close to the downtown of Amsterdam. Good point, this is very close to the Leidseplein bus stop. This is very easy to move by bus in this city

Pretty good hotel for the price. Great location right around the corner from Leidseplein square and right on the tram line. Lots of shopping nearby and easy to get to everything. The room was pretty small but comfortable and a nice little washroom. The staff were fairly friendly. Great value!

Great free coffee tea or cocoa machine. Not any extra space in the three person room. Nice outside garden area if the weather is good. Some street noise from trams and maybe noisy neighbors if you are in the downstairs rooms.

The hotel room is small but still ok, very centric, close to all location like restaurant, museums, central station. The bed was not very comfy, but the the bathroom had a big size and nice. There was a Fridge in the room which is very convenient and there is a coffee/tee/hot chocolate machine complementary in the common area. The hotel overall is small only 7 rooms but if u don't wanna spend much money could be a choice .

Great location! It was accessible to so much. There are many small hotels in this area - which meant many young people out late at night and early in the morning. We were woken many times by noise on the street, but it was a lovely place to stay as it was cheap (for Amsterdam) and close to so much that we wanted to do and see.

I unfortunately was unable to attend. The staff I spoke to through email were very helpful for letting them know and 're arranging those that were still going. My friends returned saying it was a lovely hotel well situated clean tidy and Wi-Fi very good. Overall they want to go again to stay there

Amsterdam overall is an expensive city and dont know if 65euros was ok for the room #7 i got but it was way too small and there was no AC nor a fan and could not turn the tv on. Not sure i knew how or maybe baterries were out and by the time id get back to my room the staff would be gone. The building was old and so the windows. Mine only went up by 5inches and that was alll. Next day which was Sunday i did not get new towels. Dont know maybe cuz it was Sunday... But i had to use the one i already had on the floor. The place is very close to a public trnsp and nearby lots of nice restorants. I heard from someone thats one of the.most expensive areas in the city and maybe thats way 65euros was suitabke for such a smalll room But the bathroom was nice.liked it and the old lady at the reception very sweet.

We had a lovely stay. Hotel was very accommodating. We had a room with a great view of the canal. The neighborhood was quieter but was filled with cafes and beautiful buildings. Would definitely recommend!
