This guesthouse is quite comfortable, very close to Shiinamachi station, you have to stop at ikebukuro station first and then continue using seibu line to shiinamachi. This guesthouse is rich in residential so, the rooms are quite big enough for us both, we ordered indigo rooms with separate bathrooms.
