The staff is friendly and helpful.

The location is very strategic because it is behind Gotemba station. Unfortunately I booked a room with a view of Mount Fuji, but the view I got was a view of Gotemba station. I hope this doesn't happen and if you want to try this hotel when checking in make sure to confirm at the reception.

Old hotel but location in front of gotemba station, there is a free shuttle bus to gotemba premium outlet from gotemba station ... rooms are quite spacious for Japanese size, view overlooking Mt. Fuji 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel is old, but the location is directly opposite Gotemba station, and there is a free shuttle bus from Gotemba station to gotemba premium outlets every 15 minutes.

The hotel is clean and very near to Gotemba station.

Non smoking smell of cigarettes. Mt fuji view does not look mt.fuji. Probably because of the weather ..
