Besides the advantages listed below, the hotel is generally good. However, the toilet flush is too loud and not soundproof; you can hear it from the next room. On the first day, my room was missing a toothbrush, and for both days, there were no bathrobes, even though the wind was blowing through the pool. Pullman should invest in amenities to live up to its reputation as the top hotel in Vung Tau.
Also, the toilets don't have any locks, which is more inconvenient than useful. There's no TV remote in the room either. Slippers aren't provided, even though the beach isn't close. They should pay attention to these small details, which can easily create a positive impression on guests.
