Besides the advantages listed below, the hotel is generally good. However, the toilet flush is too loud and not soundproof; you can hear it from the next room. On the first day, my room was missing a toothbrush, and for both days, there were no bathrobes, even though the wind was blowing through the pool. Pullman should invest in amenities to live up to its reputation as the top hotel in Vung Tau. Also, the toilets don't have any locks, which is more inconvenient than useful. There's no TV remote in the room either. Slippers aren't provided, even though the beach isn't close. They should pay attention to these small details, which can easily create a positive impression on guests.

Clean hotel, convenient for travel

My family and I had a great stay here. Convenient location right next to Lotte mart, a bit further to the beach but still within walking distance. Nice and clean rooms, friendly staff, not as much food as other hotels but good quality.

Phòng ngủ sạch, đẹp. Toilet rộng lắm, thoáng và rất đã. Nhưng mà tại sao 2024 rồi mà tivi vẫn chưa kết nối mạng vậy ạ? Điểm trừ rất lớn luôn nha. Buffet ổn, không quá nhiều món nhưng món nào cũng 8/10. Nhân viên nice, có hỏi cảm nhận của mình, 8/10

Nhân viên thân thiện, support khách rất nhiệt tình, thời gian nhận phòng là 3 giờ, nhưng nhà mình đến 12 giờ trưa nhân viên hỗ trợ cho nhận phòng lúc 12 giờ luôn. Mình rất thích ở điểm này.
