The service at this hotel was quite poor. Upon check-in, I asked for a toothbrush and a razor, and the receptionist said they didn't have any. However, a few days later, the housekeeping staff provided me with both. When I booked the room, I requested a late check-out, provided that the hotel's occupancy allowed it. On my last day, I called to confirm, but the receptionist didn't even check the room status and bluntly told me that staying past 12 PM would incur an additional fee of 1,000 baht. The hotel's location is also quite far from the city center, making travel time-consuming and inconvenient. If you plan on moving around a lot, you should think carefully before booking here.

The hotel is convenient for train, price is ok, clean.

Everything is okay, complete in one place, near tourist attractions, near hotels, near shopping malls, clean rooms, good service, good parking.

The room is clean, the view from the accommodation is good, and the facilities are complete.

Good room has bath tub in every room even superior room. Very close to MRT blue line and yellow line. Easy to use public transportation

Nice and very clean

The sound of the air conditioner fan outside the building is so loud that I can't sleep.

The hotel is for Chinese tourists. It is noisy. The room is good and clean. The towels are very old. The only good thing is that it is convenient to travel and near the subway. If you go after 9:30, I recommend not going. There is hardly any food left. It is suitable for early risers.

Everything is good. The housekeeper is also kind. But I was shocked to wake up and there was a flood covering the 17th floor.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, only near to Chatuchak Market. This hotel has so many Chinese customers and the breakfast is Chinese style. We called the receptionist cause the wifi cannot connect in our room since the day we arrived and no solution from the receptionist till we went to the lobby and asked them what 's their solution and then the receptionist lady told us to move to higher floor, I mean why you didn't say it since the day we arrived. We have to wait for a day to get connected to the wifi. The variety of breakfast is OK but all food is Chinese style.

Do not choose a room next to an emergency door. Employees open and close doors loudly. Stayed for 2 nights, couldn't sleep for 2 nights.

The WiFi connection is not very convenient, but overall everything is good.

The room was clean, the air conditioner was cool and comfortable, the bed was soft. I got a room at the end with a view of Bangkok at night from 2 angles. It is convenient to travel by public transportation. You can take the BTS and get off at the MRT Lat Phrao station and walk about 100 meters to the hotel. The staff provided good service. There is a fitness center and a swimming pool for use. Most of the rooms I saw were Chinese tourists, but there were no problems with noise disturbances.

Hopefully for the group checking always put in the same level. They always came in corridor to knock the door each others and speak so louder never respect the other room still resting. Other things fine and good, just some group travelling make me uncomfortable with the noises. Thanks
