The hotel needs an improvement in the maintenance. Although the staff was courteous there were failures due to lack of attention. Breakfast could be much better.

This was literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Black mold in the room, everything was rusty, the building itself was crumbling. We stayed one night then called hotels.com to complain. They were able to get our money back, since the hotel refused to refund the money. I would never ever stay here again. I think a sleeping bag on the beach would have been better. Did I mention the insects crawling in the bed? Yuk

There was a bit or a misunderstanding about my room when i got there. The room they gave me wasn't the one i booked but did the job. Only complaint was to close to the road and could hear everything downstairs. Some staff was very helpful could not fault them, if i had a problem they was very friendly and helped where they could. Over all the hotel was good and i might be booking again next year

A little far from main actions but it is less expensive,clean and comfortable. Good breakfast with variety of foods. I used Uber to go around easily.

My stay was really good. The hotel staff at the reception spoke good english to help me with things. They helped me to book guided tours in and around Salvador and arranged me a very trustworthy taxi driver when I was in need. They directed me to the place where they sell the best Acaraja so that I can have a real taste of Bahia. I really had a good time there.

Só não dou 5 porque a TV é antiga, não pegando nenhum aplicativo de streaming. Café da manhã normal, nada de extraordinário.

Eu gostei muito, o cafe tem variaçoes de um dia para o outro. A equipe de funcionarios é prestativa, precisei de uma toalha a mais e fui prontamente atendida.

Hotel com uma localização muito boa, porém deixam muito a desejar na limpeza do quarto, o ar condicionado estava com problema. A recepcionista com uma cara de má vontade como se eu tivesse hospedada de graça. Fomos remanejados pra outro quarto que ficava do lado das máquinas de ar condicionado, vista ridícula. E o banheiro com muito mal cheiro.
