Clean, safe, great location, good price.

The staff was exceptional and the accommodation was just right for us. The location worked well for our interests and we made friends with people at the local coffee shop and restaurants. This is a fine property for those who don't spend a lot of time at the hotel (very limited public gathering space).

Not worth the location. Very cold and noisy. We had to book another one to be able to sleep. Not worth saving a few bucks

Durante mi estancia en Petit Recoleta Suites se produjo un corte de energía que el hotel no tuvo la culpa. Todos los edificios en la calle no tenian eletricidad. Sin embargo, el hotel no estaba preparado para un apagón.No había suficientes luces de respaldo o un generador. Debido al hecho de que no había electricidad, el agua no corría, por lo tanto, no pude lavarme los dientes ni ducharme durante 2 días.

Good budget hotel close to Recoleta and the centre

The hotel advertised is very different from the real hotel. Rooms comfort is minimal, no space to serve the breakfast, the breakfast is not a continental breakfast. Probably good for a couple of days stay but no longer than that.

Good location- plenty of restaurants and convenience stores. Close to public transportation.

Overall really bad, every morning something was missing for breakfast, wrong coffee, no juice, no media lunas, even though they asked us to fill out a menu of our order they just keep delivering the wrong order or even not delivering breakfast and we had to call several times to get breakfast. Towels terrible terrible those suppose to be white and literally they were greyish to black, as those were old, keep requesting for new ones, it was nasty even to dry my face with it. Night receptionist wasn’t really friendly but the two morning girls were very friendly and helpful. The pictures on the website dont show the really old bathrooms, the old duvet that were even bigger than the bed, the wall was so dirty with stains that could be painted to clean them as it gives a very bad look. Room 206 is next to a parking lot which gets a lot of noise from people ringing the bell late night or early morning, we couldn’t really rest peacefully. Would like someone to get back to me. Unfortunately I didn’t think about taking pictures.

The hotel rooms facing the street are very loud due to traffic. There is a lack of regular maintenance-large hole in the tile wall behind the toilet base from a plumbing leak, windows that don't latch properly, shower head worked improperly and taps leaking. The hotel was decent but when we returned to the city , we opted for a fresher, quieter place.

Good value stay here. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Wifi was excellent. Only downside were the breakfast and a little noisy next to the road- although both my partner and I had no problem sleeping.

Erg basic accomodatie, weinig luxe, maar prima voor een citytrip voor deze prijs. Zeker goed schoon. Wel vrij veel lawaai omdat het hotel gelegen is in een drukke straat, wat op zich ook weer een voordeel is want op wandelafstand van restaurants en winkels. Misschien aan te raden om oordopjes mee te nemen, maar niet voor mensen die licht slapen. Personeel was ondanks de taalbarriere wel altijd bereid te helpen, ik mocht een stekker lenen om gsm te maden, mocht strijkijzer gebruiken, …

El personal fue muy amable, pero el hotel parece de los años 70. Las camas son colchonetas, y el baño tiene una antiguedad minima de 40 años .

Boa localização e ambiente agradável

El punto dónde se encuentra el hotel muy bueno, la parte edilicia un poco vieja, En un momento se escuchaban gritos x el pasillo, el piso de la habitación le faltaba algunas maderitas del parquet, el ventanal no sellaba bien al cerrarlo, así qué escuché los colectivos toda la noche, ah, sin aire acondicionado, el ventilador de techo giraba despacio.
