My room was very nice and clean

Food options were limited…

Clean spacious room

AC & fridge were loud & didn't work well but overall a great hotel.

As of May 6, this property has only a modest food court for dining options. No fitness center. No pool. No sitdown restaurant. No real bar other than the one in the sports betting area. The casino is fine. The craps table was always full - don't know why they didn't open another (there appear to be six in total). HOWEVER! Next week the property will charge a resort fee. They are opening a pool and a fitness center. There will be a Gordon Ramsay restaurant on the tenth floor. Signs are up about a new bar in the entrance way that looks like a brewpub type place. This should cure what I found to be lacking . I'll definitely go back.

Even though there’s active construction, the property is VERY well maintained. The staff from security, to check in, bell hop, etc are all professional and accommodating.

Very nice property at a very affordable rate. Loved the stay.

The room smell like cigarettes it’s supposed to be smoke free room carpets in the hallway and in the rooms need to be replaced or or clean really good or dirty

Great facility and value! The rooms are very nice and clean except for the mold on the grout that was half way up the walls.

No area to workout but parking lot big enough to walk. My room was NEVER cleaned! There for 5 days. Staff was not very friendly.

No good food options, just shady outside

Well. I didn't stay long enough to evaluate the property. I had stopped by a year prior to check out the new casino, and figured the hotel might be a nice play to stay while riding through North Carolina. So I booked a night. We rode most of the day, arrived, and checked in. (feeling kinda like I shouldn't be there because I arrived on a motorcycle) My girlfriend and I had been traveling and wanted a nice upscale hotel to stay and have a nice meal. Turns out there wasn't a restaurant at all. I was told "It might be open in a few days", and was told there was a "food court". . Getting back on the bike to scout for a nice restaurant was NOT in our plans. As unwelcome as I felt, I decided to check out, ride another 45 minutes, and stay elsewhere. My dissatisfaction fell on deaf ears, as the two people at the desk didn't seem to care. I had to eat the $$ for the room we never used, and it honestly seemed nobody cared if we stayed or left.

Disappointed that the advertised Ramsey’s Kitchen on the website (including the menu) does not actually exist. The only food offerings were in the food court or Starbucks. The cleanliness of the accommodation also left something to be desired - carpets in the elevator did not appear to have been vacuumed during our stay, nor had someone’s false nail been swept up from the carpet in the corridor outside our room.

The website was not accurate. The pool was not yet open, food options were small and there was no room service. The arcade was a bust half the machines didn’t work and when they did, they would jam up and also the credits that were shown to be one did not coincide with the credits that were put on the card. The room was OK but the pillows on the bed were not even the standard size pillows. They were pretty small and also there was a space for a microwave, but there was none.

Good mix of options

The property as a whole is still a work in progress but our stay was amazing. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The property overall was very clean and the staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Will definitely go back in the future.

Room was very nice and it was clean. A lot of the staff weren’t very friendly, seemed like if you weren’t a Seven Sisters card member, you weren’t worth their time

Easy check in and out, rooms were nice and very comfortable bed.
