The room is very good. Is it Nong Fang and Nong Kwan? I can't remember their names. Everyone at the reception is very good. The staff in the restaurant are all lovely and speak well. The rooms are also good. There are 10 stars, giving 1000 stars. I like it. I will definitely go again.

ห้องสะอาดดีค่ะ ชอบอาหารเช้าและร้านอาหารตอนกลางคืน วิวสวยมาก ใกล้สวนสาธารณะ ศาลเจ้าปู่ย่า และ UD เสียดายที่ไม่มีสระว่ายน้ำแล้ว พนักงานตอนรับดีทุกคน ยกเว้น front ผู้ชายท่านนึง ที่ทำหน้าไม่พอใจตลอดเวลา เพราะเราหาไฟระเบียงไม่เจอ ต้องไปถามทั้ง 2 ครั้งถึงจะเดินมาดูให้ แต่สีหน้าคือไม่พอใจ ไม่ยิ้มแย้ม ไม่น่ารักเลย คนทำงานบริการแต่มีทัศนคติไม่ดี ทุกอย่างดีหมด ยกเว้นพนักงานชายท่านนั้นค่ะ

I used to stay at the hotel before, so that why I came back, second time I didn't happy due to some issue problem and I asked the staff to assistant in that situation 2 staff were nice tried to solved the problem but they need somebody to help and support them for decision making. one staff (whom tallest with black shirt) show bad attitude to handle the situation and no eyes contact with the guest he denied to offer any help. Finally I need the management notice about staff attitude, it is doesn't matter the solution but it is about they are willing to help us or not. Thank you
